21/07/2025: We only stopped by Pitta M'Ingolli for a drink – and let me tell you: it was a profound experience. We ordered an Amaretto Sour, an Aperol Spritz, and – brace yourselves – a German Hofbräu beer served in a Maßkrug. And that beer… oh my god. In a country where beer usually tastes like liquid regret from a can, this ice-cold Hofbräu felt like a divine gift straight from the Bavarian heavens. The first sip was a revelation. Like a cool mountain stream from the Alps, flowing gently but purposefully down your throat. The hops? Spicy, full-bodied, with that honest bitterness you only find in a truly great German brew. You don’t just taste home – you are home. As I raised the glass, I could almost hear the distant echo of a beer garden, smell invisible pretzels, and see a white-and-blue sky unfolding above me. For a brief moment, I wasn’t a tourist in Italy – I was back in Germany, sitting on a wooden bench, Maß in hand, a brass band playing somewhere nearby. It was beautiful.
