As always, Osteria Il Giardino di Barbano never disappoints! Starting from the kind staff who are attentive to customer needs, passing through the excellent cuisine, concluding with the relaxed and elegant atmosphere. Special mention for the fish soup, really fantastic! Pasquale and Alessia were fantastic hosts! We will definitely be back.

I went to the Giardino di Barbano restaurant yesterday. I highly recommend it. We ate excellent fish. The owners and staff, all kind and very attentive. One of the owners takes care of the cooking and this is a plus. Very pleasant environment, there is a large veranda at the back which is suitable for larger tables. They also have a wood-fired oven and the pizzas are excellent.

This time we visited the Osteria Il Giardino di Barbano, next door to our hotel. There are some covered seats in front of it on the busy Via Nazionale. Unfortunately it is a bit too cool for the garden area at this time of year. The modernly furnished interior also houses the wood-fired pizza oven and the guest can watch the pizza baker. We had pizza afterwards, coffee and amaro at the end. The pizzas were very good, the staff was very friendly.

Owner and waiters available and efficient despite the place being crowded. Well done!

I was recently at the restaurant "Il Giardino dei Sapori" and I must say that it was an extraordinary culinary experience. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, the restaurant offers a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, with an elegant and modern design. The menu offers a fusion of typical and innovative dishes, all prepared with fresh, local ingredients. I enjoyed a truly delicious seafood risotto, creamy and full of flavour, followed by a tender beef fillet cooked to perfection. The staff was professional and attentive, ready to recommend the best wine pairings. An ideal restaurant for a romantic dinner or a special evening. Recommended without reservation!

We recently had dinner in this restaurant, which has a beautiful covered veranda inside a garden in the heart of Florence, which is not active at the moment given the season but which in spring and summer is one of the strong points of this place . I had a generous and good carbonara, my daughter had an appetizer consisting of coccoli with ham and stracchino, while my wife had a pizza with filadefia and salmon which was very well presented as well as good. Friendly and always present staff in addition to a good quality/price ratio as well as the location make this environment a little gem.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We waited over an hour, and the only thing served during that time was a plate of pasta. The steak we ordered didn’t arrive until much later, long after everyone around us had finished their meals. When the steak finally came, it was a disaster. Nobody asked how we wanted it cooked, and it arrived practically raw inside, burnt on the outside, and tough as rubber. It was also full of fat, leaving very little that was actually edible. The service was equally disappointing. Each time we tried to ask about our food, the server smiled, ignored us, and walked off to assist other tables. We felt completely overlooked and unimportant. While the pasta was decent, it wasn’t enough to make up for the long wait, poor service, and the inedible steak. The price we paid for this frustrating experience was shocking. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

Hemos estado allí dos noche y la verdad es que se está genial, el trato es excelente y las pizzas están bastante ricas. Lo recomendamos!!

Ci sono stato con la famiglia. Il locale è grande (un po' dispersivo), ma tenuto bene e ha lo spazio esterno, l'ideale per i periodi più caldi. Il cibo era buono e il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Prezzi alti, ma vista la zona ci può stare. Meglio andarci con i mezzi pubblici perché non è facile parcheggiare in zona
