I was looking for a place in the center of Florence and I came across this Osteria which is located right in Piazza Indipendenza, therefore right in the centre. I really liked the place, extreme attention to style, large space both inside and outside (they have a garden which allows for fantastic dinners in the summer). The menu offers both traditional dishes, such as Fiorentina or classic cured meats, meat dishes, but also a fish proposal with great attention to variety and combinations. The dining room staff is attentive and very kind.
We had two first courses and a second course which we liked very much.
It was a pleasant discovery and we will definitely return to visit them.

American here!! (Go badgers), had a wonderful experience for lunch and dinner here! (We came back for dinner 2 nights in a row and were greeted warmly when recognized). The atmosphere in the garden is wonderful. Open air, smooth jazz, and pleasant greenery. The food is delicious. The staff will recommend the steak (and it is incredible) but you can’t go wrong with your order and dietary restrictions are clearly indicated on the menu. The staff are knowledgeable. American service is fast and seeks to “turn the table” ASAP. Here it feels slower, but the staff don’t want to crowd your experience so flag them down as needed. I would highly recommend you visit this restaurant as part of your Florence experience!!

A lovely long lunch with incredible food and service. We enjoyed the calm and elegant atmosphere, the abundance of truffle on our steak tartare and steaks. The host and staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The complimentary freshly made pizza and limoncello and biscotti were just a lovely added touch as well as being delicious. My sister said it was a must go too whilst in Florence and we were thrilled we did! Super special restaurant.

A true corner of peace! I went to this restaurant fully enjoying the atmosphere of great relaxation that reigns, having lunch in the outdoor garden and enjoying some truly delicious dishes. Cacio e pepe well executed and really excellent meat, tender and cooked to perfection. The dessert at the end of a truly delicious lunch was also excellent. The staff are friendly and always attentive to every detail. They also gave us a discount, which was much appreciated.
In short, a place where I will definitely return and which I recommend to those looking for tranquility and good food in Florence!

We went to eat pizza at this restaurant. I must say that I really liked the pizza, good crunchy dough. We will return to enjoy other dishes perhaps in the garden which is very beautiful. Friendly staff and average prices. For now the opinion is positive.

We come at 18:30 with our first order come at approximately 19:10. It’s not too expensive for food which is tasty and adequate. For some recommendations, I suggest Asian people like us have medium for stakes since medium rare is too raw for Asians dietary habits, and Tiramisu is delicious with cream taste, strong favor but not too sweet, I love it personally. But the heater isn’t strong that we feel a little bit cold when eating. Oh, additionally the owner is very kind to treat us a shot of limoncello !!!

Excellent choice! We celebrated the birthday and it was beautiful, excellent food, generous portions, the waiters were very good and very friendly, they were always available, the place is beautiful, there is a beautiful garden where you can stay with lots of friends to spend time together ! I recommend to everyone! We will definitely see each other again 🥰😘
