The fraschette of the past no longer exist. This is one of the many that have become taverns. For someone like me, who comes to Frascati every now and then, it can even be enough to relive that atmosphere. Cutting board for €12. Wine and soda. Donuts. Panorama of Rome. 21/07/2025: It deserves five stars: the food is perfectly served, refined, and very tasty. The service is excellent, friendly, and efficient. Finally, the atmosphere is unique, with many charming details. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I recommend it.
13/07/2025: It used to be an inn, then became a trattoria. As soon as you enter, you immediately notice the difference from other places...where my memories come alive. Speaking of food, I've never tasted such a good tagliata, skewers with baked potatoes, Erba Luce white wine, desserts, and coffee. I'll definitely be back.
