A must-see for anyone coming to the lake by motorbike...for 20 years now

Low prices, excellent food, and excellent, very friendly service. Both the dips and the tigelle are exceptional, and the cured meats are top-notch. Here you can eat well and enjoy the view of the lake in a place that makes you feel at ease. And to think that in the beginning, there were only a few tables inside, yet after more than 25 years of knowing it, it's always a pleasure to go there.

This restaurant is not recommended for conservative people who aren't open to something "different." Highly recommended for everyone else. Here's a brief description, especially for those who've read negative reviews. The restaurant is somewhat unusual, but in my opinion, in a positive sense. Parking is available in front of the door and under the olive trees. It's true that a vegetable bowl is simply placed on the table without being asked and is included on the bill, but hey, does anyone seriously believe that whatever is served "on the house" in other restaurants isn't included in the total price? Isn't it simply more transparent this way? There isn't actually a standard menu, but a special one – the friendly waiters tell everyone personally and in a very charming way what the menu offers. The prices aren't mentioned, but anyone who asks will get an answer. Two of us were there on a Saturday evening. It was raining heavily outside. Inside, the atmosphere was very cozy, and we received a very warm welcome. The food was delicious, and everything including wine, coffee, and dessert cost €60 (for two people). We'll be back.

Too expensive, despite the welcoming and panoramic atmosphere

I've been going to this place for over twenty years and still cherish the memories of unforgettable evenings spent with friends. Today, I often return for lunch with my family, and the magic is the same: we all have a great time, from my mother in her seventies to my teenage daughter. Ago and Rita know how to combine cooking, music, and dancing in a splendid setting on Lake Garda. There's no menu here: the formula is known and appreciated by everyone. It starts with a rich dip, followed by 5-6 different first courses to please every palate, followed by gnocco fritto and tigelle with cured meats, crescenza cheese, and even Nutella for those with a sweet tooth. The quality is remarkable: the gnocco is light and digestible, the prosciutto crudo excellent. And if you don't have a menu, remember that for €25 you'll get dip, a generous first course, gnocco and tigelle with side dishes, wine, water, sorbet, coffee, and even a complimentary limoncino liqueur. An experience that is always worth it!

We ate there on September 13, 2025, with seven Italians from Venice. It was amazing: a huge party, delicious food (a variety of pasta dishes), and lots of Italian food. We two were the only German tourists; it was magical.

How sad to read "master chef" reviews for the €6 price of a dip (a rich one, to boot) on a simple but winning menu, and to scrutinize the (fair and reasonable) prices of a place that for years has offered those who want to go music, fun, lightheartedness, and complete freedom without judgment. In the 25 years I've been going there, I've NEVER seen anyone go "overboard" thanks to the managers' great ability to monitor situations and kindly restore calm despite the sea of ​​customers they have at their tables during the summer months without a day off. It's one of a kind and special. Thank you, Ago, Rita, and Fabrizio, for what you've created!

I want to say that I haven't seen a nice place like this in a long time, people singing happily, eating happily, dancing happily, everything very simple and spontaneous and even without any security to certify that the people who frequent it or happen to be there like us know how to have fun and therefore still exist. Thank you, we had a great time and we will be back. If you want a fun evening, this is the place for you.
