Very friendly service, rustic and cozy atmosphere with a fireplace. Great view. The food was very fresh and delicious.

I stopped for lunch after taking the funicular up to Brunate. From the funicular station, I walked up, about 15-20 minutes, and visited the lighthouse. The bartender at the kiosk recommended lunch here, and he was right. I ordered guancialino with polenta, and it was excellent. The homemade carrot cake was a perfect end to lunch. Coffee and water. I spent €38. It's not cheap, but it's worth every penny. Compliments to the chef!

We went for lunch on a Sunday. The staff were friendly, the appetizer was decent, the polenta and braised meat were bland, and the pizzoccheri were a bit heavy. The service was slow. We won't be back.

This was the best food and service we have experienced while in Como. They provided traditional Italian dishes, which were delicious , and we would have stayed there all day if we didn’t have another reservation elsewhere. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Como and traveling via the funicular. Thank you.

Absolutely exceptional food and wine! I have a Michelin-star restaurant near me in England, and this place easily matched—or even surpassed—it. A must-visit for anyone in the area.

Bravo! Wonderful restaurant. We had quail and porcini mushrooms with polenta. Everything was incredibly delicious. Thanks to the chef. Polite and professional service.

Fell on this restaurant having walked up to Faro Voltiano. We stopped for a drink as the sun set, views were fantastic so we stayed for dinner and had a carafe of local wine and superb steak Fiorentina. The waiter was excellent, he indulged my terrible Italian, and looked after us very well. The restaurant wasn’t busy so a little lacking in atmosphere but the view made up for that. It was like having our own private balcony dinner. Highly recommended.
