Simply wonderful. Extreme courtesy. Few tables in a welcoming and elegant environment. Risotto with late radicchio and luganega superb. Very good pumpkin flan. Delicate and multi-flavored tiramisu sphere. Excellent Trento doc by Letrari as an aperitif. We will definitely return.

I was certain I would find what in fact it was!! Excellent restaurant, not only for the quality of the food. Very nice dishes and excellent service. All customers are pampered by Franco, the owner, for the entire duration of the dinner. Locale meraviglioso e storico, buon cibo e proprietario gentile e disponibile, posto molto caldo e accogliente . Solo due appunti : porzioni scarse , in particolare alcuni piatti. ( crema di zucca erano due cucchiai ! Plin erano 4 …) E poi menu uguale da mesi , da cambiare ! Almeno ogni due mesi !

A pleasant place, uncommon for its atmosphere and hospitality. Historic venue that offers tradition but revisiting it, with meat and fish dishes and a range of wines by the glass or bottle. Pleasant but slow service, perhaps due to the products being freshly prepared? Countless comments regarding the excessive prices, which are visible everywhere, just as it is clear from the entrance that this is a gourmet tavern (and this can be misleading) due to the fact that the Michelin certification is posted on the door. There's no point in talking about prices and portions, we all know how much you pay and how much you eat. Conclusions: 2 of us ordered an appetizer of 4 cured meats, a ravioli and 1 appetizer of caposante, dividing the cured meats between us and then tasting the respective courses. 3 dishes in total, 2 starters and a first course. 70 euros and microscopic portions. Good quality but not worth the trip or the price. Advice to those who make a mistake because they think it's a trattoria and then get skinned like chicken: you will be hungry even after 5 courses each, with the difference that you spend 80 euros per person. Do like us, who returned hungry but at least we spent little more than an aperitif. It leaves you hungry anyway, because there you don't eat, you have an experience. Situata a pochi passi dal centro di Trento, si possono trovare piatti tipici di un'osteria ma con un tocco in più. Ambiente molto intimo. Assaggiati i canederli nella versione classica con brodo e versione con fonduta di trentingrana,ottimi entrambi. Servizio ben curato, molto cordiale il proprietario. LO CONSIGLIO.

Located a few steps from the center of Trento, you can find typical dishes of a tavern but with an extra touch. Very intimate environment. Tasted the dumplings in the classic version with broth and the version with Trentingrana fondue, both excellent. Excellent service, very friendly owner. I RECOMMEND IT.
