My favorite spot in Trento, where I had the best risotto ever! The dish was served with lime pearls, cold gambas, basil purée, and bisque. It may sound simple, but the balance and execution were absolutely divine. Without a doubt, this is the kind of dish you don’t want to miss when visiting Trento. The service was friendly, especially thanks to the young Guinean waiter, who made the experience even more enjoyable.

Quality dinner! We spent a wonderful evening in this restaurant where the courses, service and location were truly of the highest level. Even though we had not warned of a gluten intolerance, the staff and kitchen were really helpful in preparing a dedicated welcome appetizer. For the rest, the dishes were really tasty but above all it was clear that the raw materials were genuine. Absolutely must try!

Delightful place in a small, super nice and intimate environment. Attractive menu that combines tradition and innovation. Delicious dishes and bill absolutely in line with service and quality. Very kind waiter and highly trained and friendly sommelier. Unmissable if you're in Trento!

Situata a pochi passi dal centro di Trento, si possono trovare piatti tipici di un'osteria ma con un tocco in più. Ambiente molto intimo. Assaggiati i canederli nella versione classica con brodo e versione con fonduta di trentingrana,ottimi entrambi. Servizio ben curato, molto cordiale il proprietario. LO CONSIGLIO.
