I ate very well, both the tagliatelle with San Daniele and poppy seeds and the tripe. It's just a shame I asked for fried vegetables as a side and got grilled vegetables instead. I didn't complain, but I was wrong because they were raw and inedible.
Very simple location, friendly staff.

This restaurant is located in Ronchi dei Legionari. I stopped by for a job interview. The owners, a husband and wife team, are super friendly, professional people who know how to work and what quality products are. I'd love to eat there again to see the quality we've only just discussed. The atmosphere is clean and well-maintained.

We stopped by chance, we were heading to Slovenia from Switzerland, it was a great surprise... We'll be back even if it means having to take a longer route... ;-)

After visiting the Redipuglia Military Shrine, we stopped for lunch here following the directions on Google Maps for "Restaurants." What can I say?! We were welcomed even though we hadn't booked. The menu is just as we like it: a few dishes, but good ones. Indeed, the appetizers and first courses we tried were all excellent, not to mention the delicious tiramisu, all homemade. Top if you're in the area, stop by! The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and the prices are excellent! I forgot.

It's located not far from the Redipuglia exit, on the road. It has two areas, one outside and one inside. The service is attentive and fast. The menu is quite varied, and the food is good. Being on the road, the location isn't the best, but it's ideal for those who want to break up a long journey. Parking is on the side of the road. Wheelchair accessible.

Nice little restaurant, good value for money, with fairly regional cuisine, well-prepared. The small outdoor area is nice, though it's a shame it's right on the highway. The draft beer is excellent!
