This was such a lovely experience! The family who owns the restaurant was so welcoming to our large party, and the food!! The roasted potatoes were some of the best I’ve had in my life. Osteria a la Becasse was an amazing place and has made my heart so happy Grazie Mille!! UPDATE: after visiting Valmareno, we traveled to Naxos, Greece where everyone said they’ve had the best potatoes. But the entire time I’ve eaten the famous Naxian potatoes, all I could think about was the amazing roasted potatoes here

My wife and I ate here before a wedding weekend. The chef herself came out and took our order, my wife’s pasta was absolutely divine, my steak was to die for, and our wine was delectable. I loved this spot for its local feel and true to Italy taste.

If you find yourself wandering through this picturesque village, Osteria A La Becasse is the place to go for a meal. It's a cozy, family-owned spot that serves delicious Italian food with warmth and love poured into every dish It wasn’t just the incredible dishes; it was also the care the chef took to come out, chat, and make sure everything was perfect. Let’s just say, if her food didn’t already have me smitten, her charm certainly sealed the deal. A visit comes highly recommended!
