While strolling through the beautiful village, we spotted this osteria and were immediately intrigued by its delicious menu, which was also well explained by the young owner outside, so we returned for dinner. The welcome was warm, the homemade dishes from the Salento tradition were tastefully and harmoniously served. I found many traditionally plant-based dishes, being vegan. They were very kind in offering recommendations, and the wine was also excellent, a Negramaro rosé. Even though it was also the opening of their pizzeria, they looked after us impeccably! The excellent chef even came out and offered us a freshly baked pizza! The price was reasonable for the food, they were truly excellent. Congratulations! The pizza will add even more quality and authenticity to your restaurant. Highly recommended!

Truly, congratulations. We dined here on the recommendation of a friend and had a truly wonderful time. Typical Apulian dishes in a familiar yet never intrusive atmosphere. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, enjoying authentic flavors. Thanks to the assistant chef, who is worthy of her role, going above and beyond, with excellent results.

Recommended by "Tenuta Margherita Agricola" (our accommodation), we are very happy to have discovered this small restaurant. The stone vaulted ceiling gives this small dining room all its charm. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We don't speak Italian, but that wasn't a problem; one of the staff members spoke perfect English and gave excellent advice.
We ate simple, but above all, very good food, and had a very pleasant time.
We recommend this small restaurant; pleasure is guaranteed.

We had dinner here after visiting Nardò, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. They recommended the homemade "Ciceri e Tria" first course, which was truly delicious, and the octopus for the second. Finally, the house dessert, the star dish, was the ricotta, almond, and fig jam tart. The texture and flavor of the pastry, not to mention the fresh ricotta and just the right amount of jam...an exceptional combination I'll never forget.

Couple's dinner while on vacation. Despite the late hour, they seated us without any problems and greeted us with a smile. A typical osteria offering thoughtful and delicious home-style dishes. I feel like further praise for the restaurant, as the service at the table of 10-12 people—definitely "cozzali" from the Bari hinterland, given their strong accent—was masterful. However, the restaurant staff remained professional and, above all, calm. They arrived at 11:35 PM with arrogance, noise, and arrogance, along with two wheelchairs (you can't imagine the scene the single mother caused, as the restaurant, almost midnight, wasn't cooking pasta because "the child only eats pasta with tomato sauce.") They addressed the waiters in a haughty, insistent, arrogant, rude, and disrespectful manner—the worst you can expect from a customer. Luckily, we were at the end of the meal, otherwise we would have gotten up and left. I could never be a restaurateur because I would definitely lose my patience.

An authentic place where you eat well and feel even better. We'll definitely be back; it's one of those unforgettable osterias.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and passionate, ready to recommend wines and dishes with a sincere smile.
The quality-price ratio is also excellent: you eat very well for the right price. I was very pleased with the freshness of the seafood salad and the fried octopus and calamari.
I highly recommend it.

Exactly what an osteria in Salento should be, and unfortunately there aren't any. Pitta, meatballs in tomato sauce, fava beans and chicory, each one better than the last, not to mention the ricotta cake. It's hard to find such high quality, such a strong connection to the area, at such fair prices in a stunning location. Congratulations, keep up the good work.
