Second time at Osteria 29. Good Roman cuisine. So-so wine. Excellent service. I expected better prices.

Wonderful hospitality. Carbonara and amatriciana from another world!!!! The best!

Good and plentiful appetizer (Roman fried fish and the host's antipasto with sausages and beans, pork rind, tripe, coratella, caponata, and battered vegetables) in small bowls, then rigatoni with paiata (slightly bitter paiata). Overall, good. The vaccinara pasta was good, the puntarelle was well-seasoned, the artichoke was watery and bland but well-cooked. The tiramisu, mine was better, but overall, not bad. With a full guest, the wait was more or less average. The price for an appetizer, first course, drinks, coffee, and two desserts was about €30 per person.

A little worse, I'll definitely try again.

The typically Roman staff was attentive, frank, and extremely friendly, offering sincere advice and quick, efficient service. Osteria 29 is a triumph of Roman cuisine. If you love traditional, authentic cuisine, unfussy yet rich in flavor and history, this is your place. The prices are fair for the quality offered.

After a long time, my wife and I finally managed to go. As if we were family! .. Spaghetti with cheese and pepper was TOP. .. Rolls and slices were paid for, just like my grandmother used to make! .. Dessert was TOP, and everything was fresh! Now, it's like we're "partners"... we'll take up residence. TOP

Fantastic, authentic Romanesque food. Highly recommended! We stayed at the campsite nearby, and it's definitely worth the drive! Other guests only had Italian food, and the restaurant was full. It's wise to call ahead to make a reservation.
