EVERYTHING SPECTACULAR!!
Six of us came without a reservation, and after a five-minute wait, we were immediately welcomed into the well-air-conditioned restaurant. The room is filled with art, and the wine selection is truly varied and thoughtful. We had the opportunity to try typical dishes from the Salento tradition, the prices were fair, and the staff was well-trained in both the preparation of the dishes and the wine selection.

We went to this restaurant in search of typical Apulian products. We were a bit disappointed; the ingredients used weren't excellent, the staff was disorganized, and I'm gluten and lactose intolerant. They had very little on the menu, and after we'd only ordered, many courses were already sold out. We paid a whopping €80 for an appetizer, two main courses, a side dish, and a glass of wine.

We were inside, surrounded by two tables of 10 people. The place was very noisy. This somewhat spoiled our meal. The service was simplistic, and the service was provided by young people.
However, the food was excellent.

Gran servicio incluso en un ambiente lleno de gente en ruido. Super bueno en atún fresco por poco dinero. Los vinos son buenos y tienen un precio más que correcto. Nada demasiado elegante pero realmente bueno. Al alojarse unas cuantas noches asegúrese de visitar este resto
