We visited Osteria 1126 in Cinciano and had a truly excellent experience. The food is carefully prepared, authentic, and rich in flavors that showcase Tuscan tradition. The wine selection is also top-notch, with their own labels that are absolutely worth trying.
An added bonus is the option to purchase their own wine and olive oil directly: high-quality products that allow you to take a taste of the local atmosphere and flavors home with you.
Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a splendid view: an osteria well worth a visit. Highly recommended!

A delightful cube in an intimate and welcoming location. Initially I was afraid that it would be a place that was too "groomed", but it turned out to be a very pleasant and well-kept evening.

Wonderfully simple dishes. A clear menu with beautiful autumnal dishes. Attentive, friendly, and cheerful service. Wonderful wines from the hotel's own vineyard. It's hard to imagine a more pleasant lunch.

Excellent restaurant in a charming and bucolic setting! The property is beautiful and they produce wine and olive oil (sold on site). Zero touristy and very pleasant.

Amazing restaurant in the heart of beautiful Tuscany. Great food and nice and friendly staff, fluent in English. Beautiful views. The road up is tricky but totally doable.

Siempre es un lugar favorito para regresar: el menú rotativo con ingredientes locales frescos es una alegría. Los Tagliate de Ternera son tan deliciosos como bellos a la vista. El huevo poché con trufa es una forma delicada y equilibrada de empezar la comida. Las porciones son del tamaño adecuado. La sorpresa favorita fueron los raviolis de patata con ragú de conejo. Las fotos del atardecer son las mejores: no dejes que el viaje por las colinas te desanime: vale la pena el pequeño tiempo de viaje fuera de la ciudad. ¡Esperamos volver el próximo verano!

3 parejas alojadas en la propiedad disfrutaron de una cena maravillosa. La comida estuvo genial Sabor y presentación.
Sin embargo, para un restaurante con estrella Michelin, el servicio fue excesivamente lento. La única razón que se me ocurre es que tenían poco personal. Los dos servidores estaban trabajando muy duro y realmente querían ayudar. Lo recomiendo pero date mucho tiempo (muchas horas).
