Excellent restaurant serving traditional dishes and showcasing local producers. We had two starters: bigoli with quinto quarto sauce (amazing!!) and foiade with hare ragù, both truly delicious. Since we're from Mangiare, we also tried suckling pig in hay and sliced venison. I haven't eaten so well in a really long time. The place is cute and welcoming, and the service is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

From the welcome and the owner's initial explanation, you can tell how much care and attention goes into the ingredients used. All the ingredients are local, and the menu is therefore constantly changing based on seasonality.
This is perfectly reflected in the dishes. The flavors are authentic, perhaps even "old-fashioned."
Everything was delicious: appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts.
Very fair prices.

I want to give the 5 stars first and foremost to the owner, who explained in detail and expertly where all his ingredients come from. The first courses were all excellent; my bigoli, besides being exceptionally flavorful, were cooked to a high standard, but my friends' zucchini mezzelune were also very good. As for the second courses, my rabbit with a flavorful sauce was very good, as was the grilled local cheese. Perhaps the only small flaw was the donkey fillet, which we wanted a little more rare. The desserts were also all good. Highly recommended.

It's impossible to return to the area and not think of a wonderful dinner at the hostel. The dishes are always delicious and flavorful, featuring carefully selected, seasonal ingredients and pairings to satisfy every taste. Grande sorpresa, entri in questo ristorante e trovi il titolare sorridente e pronto a darti il massimo.
Dopo due chiacchiere entra in modalità spiegazione scrupolosa dei suoi prodotti e dei piatti, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante x festeggiare il 25'anniversario di matrimonio di mia sorella. È stato un ricevimento molto piacevole. Il cibo molto buono (tranne il lardo troppo salato), crespelle squisite ed anche la carne al bastone. La sala x la celebrazione simbolica è stata allestita da noi con la collaborazione del proprietario che si è mostrato sin da subito molto gentile, partecipe e disponibile. Tutt gli ospiti si sono trovati molto bene sia x la buona cucina che x la splendida atmosfera. Siamo stati molto felici e soddisfatti. Grazie
