We spent New Year's Eve at Ostello Brembo, there were 11 of us. WE HAD AN ABSOLUTELY GREAT TIME! Wherever you go, New Year's Eve dinner is usually a rip-off. Here we ate amazing dishes, dishes that showed quality, passion, goodness, and precision. The service was always available, we danced, drank, and ate! Top quality for the price. I recommend it to everyone.

The owner selects excellent local ingredients, and the menu adapts to current availability. A good choice for those who love local Bergamo cuisine. The mixed antipasto platter of local cured meats and cheeses, as well as the meats, is very good. The spacious and welcoming atmosphere

Hotel and restaurant with a HUGE event space, suitable for hosting large dinners, conferences/conferences, or anything else requiring a large indoor space. The room also has private guest bathrooms and independent access. The dinner, made with high-quality local products and generous portions, was excellent! The branzi and blueberry risotto and taragna polenta were particularly popular, but the rest of the menu was also a great success. All acclaimed! Fabrizio also provided great professionalism regarding food intolerances. He prepared an almost entirely gluten-free menu for the celiac members in the group, even offering fresh homemade gluten-free pasta. His thorough preparation and attention to this issue, especially regarding cross-contamination (often overlooked in other venues), allowed everyone to enjoy everything from appetizers to dessert without feeling left out. We spent two nights at the Brembo Hostel and, even before leaving, we greatly appreciated Fabrizio's willingness to help us find solutions to scheduling and transportation issues. Once we arrived, we dined on excellent, top-quality dishes and immediately realized the passion and commitment Fabrizio and his colleagues put into their work. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and Clara's cheerful, kind attitude. Compliments to all the staff; we'll definitely be back!

A place like this was truly missing in our beautiful valley. Fabrizio takes you on a journey through the region from the very first moment, conveying his love for the raw ingredients and the craftsmanship, while remaining genuine and authentic throughout. We chose this location, but above all this staff, this food offering, and this mentality, for our wedding in May, and we honestly can't wait to bring our closest friends and family, confident we'll make a great impression!
