Fabrizio carefully explained the ingredients of the dishes we chose. He conveyed his passion, describing the care he took in sourcing quality products from local farms. Each dish we chose was exquisite, confirming their authenticity; the desserts were superb!

We spent New Year's Eve at Ostello Brembo, there were 11 of us. WE HAD AN ABSOLUTELY GREAT TIME! Wherever you go, New Year's Eve dinner is usually a rip-off. Here we ate amazing dishes, dishes that showed quality, passion, goodness, and precision. The service was always available, we danced, drank, and ate! Top quality for the price. I recommend it to everyone.
