Excellent cuisine, here you can taste traditional dishes with an innovative note; high quality raw material with local or territorial products that Fabrizio personally researches.
What about the dishes they offer: from the various appetizers, including "il milanese imbruttito" to platters with local cured meats and cheeses; the first and second courses (which often vary), I found the risotto with chestnuts and strachitunt "exceptional"! Real compliments to the chef.

THRILLING
It is a small restaurant run by young guys, very kind and very attentive to the quality of the dishes they offer.
Each dish on the menu is made up of refined ingredients, all from small local businesses which in this way are supported (and discovered).
All really delicious, thought out down to the smallest detail.
The strong point is the fact that the dishes are "counted": everything varies based on the seasonality and availability of the period or day. When something runs out, it is taken off the menu.
Honorable mention to the dessert with chestnuts caramelized in rum and goat's milk ice cream, unforgettable.

Restaurant and hotel. I called at 1pm on Saturday to get a table the same day (lunch), despite the short notice whoever answered me was very kind. Vintage style room (it feels like diving into an old 80s restaurant) so vintage that it is very current. Clean, tidy with the possibility of having lunch/dinner outside. Discreet, competent, non-intrusive "landlord" (certainly passionate about his work). Typical products, refined and innovative but simple dishes (taste the Meringuetta). Recommended

Ci siamo fermati per pranzare durante un giro in moto! Bella sorpresa! Prodotti locali a km 0 freschi e variati!
Dopo il tagliere con specialità locali e la battuta, abbiamo optato per i bigoli e i pizzoccheri per finire con il roast-beef…. Tutto super fresco e molto buono!
C’é anche la possibilità di pernottare su riservazione…
