Led by a charming hostess who looked after our well-being with Italian warmth and perfect German, we felt like part of a big family. Their exquisite food reflected their passion and dedication to the art of cooking. Every bite was a treat, every dish a cultural discovery. In this restaurant we found more than just excellent food; we found a home away from home. Our memories of this warm atmosphere and the delicious dishes will stay with us. The Ostaria Rebelòt in Borgomanero is a truly pleasant place, with super courteous and helpful owners. The cuisine is top, of great quality and care both in the dishes and in the service. The restaurant is highly recommended to everyone, especially to those who love local tradition. The environment is very beautiful, typical and welcoming, with a single room and a few tables that create a warm atmosphere. The staff is friendly and courteous. The menu offers a discreet but varied choice to satisfy all tastes. The portions are generous and well presented, with ingredients of known origin and genuine preparations. The wine cellar is varied and the bill is absolutely in line with the quality of the dishes. Overall, the restaurant is recommended for evenings with friends, as a couple or with old classmates. Highly recommended!!!

We ended up there without a reservation. They still served us without any problem. We took 1 starter of cold cuts and cheeses so abundant that we divided it. And 2 first courses. A carbonara and a cacio e pepe. Both excellent. Followed by 2 desserts, excellent coffee and amaro. We will definitely be back.

Ottima cucina, regionale con buona varietà di scelte anche extra Piemonte, servizio amichevole e cordiale. Ambiente spartano ma confortevole, consiglio di prenotare perché i posti a disposizione non sono tantissimi.
