I've been frequenting this restaurant for a few months, ever since I moved to Donna Olimpia. I often take my guests there. Everyone raves! Yesterday, I went with a friend from Milan who's been living in Rome for a few years. She wanted to try the coda alla vaccinara... she was thrilled! My son and family also enjoyed the small tortellini in broth. I love the veal breast and the cod. Recommended for Roman cuisine. The warmth of times gone by.

Finally, a Roman osteria where you can truly eat Roman cuisine and where substance matters more than form. For appetizers, we had artichokes, tripe, and delicious boiled meatballs. Followed by delicious tortellini in broth, the broth made to perfection, and fettuccine with stew.
Quick service despite the restaurant being full.

The place was quite welcoming, with some waitresses being friendly and others clearly very tired and a little rude. The food was excellent; we had mixed fried vegetables, and the pasta dishes included carbonara, Gricia, and cacio e pepe, and the zabaglione parfait were excellent.

I wasn’t planning to go out, but then I got a bonus on a website (you can see it in the photo) — so I decided to treat myself. Ended up having a great evening: ordered pasta, and it was fantastic — flavorful, rich, and perfectly cooked.

Inspired by YouTuber Minimad's videos, we decided to try the cuisine at Osteria dal 1931. The typical Roman dishes, the pasta carbonara and the cacio e pepe were excellent, and the artichokes alla giudia were also delicious. The baked cod with potatoes was delicious, well-cooked and full of flavor. The house dessert was delicate and creamy. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend it.
