For me the best Osteria here in Rome. Quality products, normal prices. Very kind owners as well as the staff. I went twice and I always ate divinely. Best carbonara in Rome There's a reason they've been there since 1931. Well done

Osteria dal 1931 is everything you think of when you imagine an authentic Italian restaurant. The staff was warm and inviting and treated us like family. The people, food and wine were all amazing!

Unfortunately this time we didn't have a good time, in order: - table assignment a little disorganized - burnt Giudia artichokes - errors when requesting coffees It's a shame because it's a place I appreciate, I'll probably go back

¡Wow! ¡Esta fue una gran comida de principio a fin! Empezamos con flores de calabacín y alcachofa frita luego tuvimos la MEJOR sopa fugal de pasta y pasta ridícula de cacio e Pepe. Nuestro desierto era tan delicioso con la crema chantily más divina. El restaurante es muy razonable. El servicio fue maravilloso. Anthony Bourdain sabía cómo encontrar buenos restaurantes.

16/03/2025: We stopped for lunch... Young and helpful staff, excellent product quality... We took the fixed menu for 23 euros: Hot and cold appetizers, first or second course... We chose the first courses: ravioli stuffed with porchetta (delicious), cheese and pepper and homemade fettuccine with sauce... Water, house wine, 2 coffees + bitters... for the donuts we were full so they made us a bag to take away... A total of 50 euros, they offered us a first course... more than satisfied, we will be back...
15/03/2025: We have been going to Angelo for years and every time it is confirmation, kindness and professionalism
