A traditional trattoria with good homemade food. You'll feel at home. Fast service. Must try.

Let me start by saying that I'm a big eater and eat almost everything, and by nature, I almost never leave negative reviews because I'd rather not return to a place where I wasn't completely satisfied. However, this time I want to leave this review not to "punish" but to make the restaurant owner of the trattoria where I went with his wife last night understand that something wasn't entirely right. The spaghetti with sardines smelled a bit "fishy." The stewed cuttlefish was very salty, even for me, who uses a lot of salt in all my foods. The boiled meat was quite dry and the slices were rather thin (the cotechino was superb). The still white wine had bubbles!!! Luckily, the person serving us understood the "oddity" and replaced it with a still white wine from the bottle. The side dishes were good. The dessert... a little small but good (tiramisu). The service was impeccable. Fast and precise. I'm almost certain that we were just a little unlucky with our choices and that the restaurant could offer much better.

Authentic Venetian osteria with a traditional menu (and also pizzas). Average food. Average prices for what's on offer. Very friendly staff, simple and authentic atmosphere, but decidedly noisy. Parking is available nearby.
