A quiet corner above the hill, surrounded by greenery and away from the bustle of the city: Ostaia al Richetto is the perfect place for those looking for good food and tranquility in a genuine and relaxing context.
We started with an asparagus pie with cheese fondue, delicate and tasty, followed by a fragrant focaccia with olive pâté. The first off-menu of the day was really interesting: potato and green bean ravioli with pesto, a simple but well-executed dish, which enhances the Ligurian tradition.
For dessert, some chose chocolate cake and some chose apple pie. The latter seemed a little cold to me, and - a completely personal idea - I think that at room temperature, perhaps accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it would have been even more pleasant. An affectionate reflection, not a criticism.
The staff was friendly and helpful, with advice that was sincere and appreciated. The equally friendly chef has added a human touch that makes the experience even more pleasant.
Normal prices for simple, sincere cuisine immersed in nature. Recommended for a slow and quality break, away from the confusion.

A well-known and traditional tavern, with good food and some important imperfections.
The gurnard dish in its broth at sixteen euros would have been correct if there had been a more substantial quantity of meat in the broth. Of this however, there was very little.
The service was friendly, pleasant but imprecise: I ordered the steak which arrived rare. Luckily I like it that way (cooked to the outside two millimeters, the nice thick slice was otherwise really raw), but no one asked me the degree of doneness.
Kindness, still good food and correct price are worth the pass but the hen shouts for revenge.

Finally I went to eat at Richetto's, traditional cuisine with a touch of modernity thanks to the young and knowledgeable chef Andrea. Attentive and fast service and always with a smile that never hurts. Congratulations to all well done. A special mention for the chicken in broth with black cabbage.

Exceptional dinner. All very good. Traditional dishes cooked with top quality foods. I have never eaten such a good pork shank. Highly recommended!

Il menù offre piatti sia a base di carne sia di pesce in un ambiente rustico a pochi passi dall’anello dei forti.
Servizio buono (…sarebbe stato gradito ricevere un grazie per aver fatto notare, al momento del conto, che il dessert non era stato conteggiato…) e prezzi nella media.
