Lovely location. The fried food is good, but the appetizers are definitely overpriced, as they are very small portions.

A hidden gem! A small, discreet restaurant nestled among the large terraces overlooking the sea. The raw fish and seafood appetizers are truly worth the trip. The fish of the day with citrus is also a delight. Impeccable service, always with a big smile. I highly recommend this gem!

Excellent restaurant, it's become my regular stop when I'm in the area. Tasty dishes, some with intriguing and always spot-on pairings. Impeccable service, especially the complete transparency and honesty in offering off-menu dishes and communicating the price: how many times has this happened without you having to ask? I'm the only one here, so well done!

Found it on Google, searching for a typical place. Excellent choice, I'd say. The place isn't large, at least inside, but for that very reason, it's very welcoming. I was a little worried it might be a bit too touristy, given its seafront location, but I was wrong. First courses are superb, the sea in your mouth... The second courses are also excellent; I would have preferred the grilled octopus without Jerusalem artichokes, but that's a personal preference. I don't know if the fried fish was fresh, but it was very good. My only complaint is the portions, which aren't generous, but since it's not a touristy place, in the negative sense of the word, I think that's fine. Satisfied.

Amazing restaurant! The service was really lovely and the setting great, some really nice little touches like the free appetizer and the beautiful place settings. The tuna starter and seafood risotto were really excellent.

We ate here 10 years ago and were delighted when we were able to find it again. Wow! Great menu, amazing flavours, fantastic service and decent prices! Wish we had more time in Camogli to visit again.

13/03/2026: A very nice restaurant with good value for money. A relaxed atmosphere, an excellent menu with some unique dishes. Very attentive service. We wanted to order two glasses of wine for a total of €8, whereupon the waiter recommended a quarter-liter carafe of the same local wine for €4.50. That's how it should be!

Ristorante La Camogliese

07/06/2026: After a long day of hiking, on the recommendation of our hotel manager, we chose to dine at La Camogliese and were truly delighted. Reservations are practically essential, but we managed to get a seat during the last sitting of the evening. We dined in the splendid glass-walled dining room overlooking the sea, which offers a marvelous view while also providing shelter from the evening chill. We were greeted with a delightful glass of prosecco and some house-made fritters. We then enjoyed an excellent trio of anchovies, a delicious peppered mussels, a fresh tuna tartare, and the ever-present taglierini alla Camogliese—truly unique, well-executed, and rich in flavor. The service was attentive, friendly, and fast. The prices are absolutely fair, especially considering the prime location and the high-quality ingredients. I would definitely recommend dinner at La Camogliese to anyone staying in this beautiful Ligurian village.
07/06/2026: Sheltered terrace directly overlooking the sea. Good service and a relaxing atmosphere. The anchovy trio was very good. The mussels were excellent. The tagliolini alla camogliese were exquisite and delicious. The portions were generous compared to other restaurants. I highly recommend it; you can't go wrong. I forgot to mention that the prices are average.
