Non è vacanza se non andiamo da Manin a mangiare le frittelle di baccalà, le acciughe frittelle, le trofie al pesto e qualche altro piattino di pesce.

Ottima esperienza culinaria nel cuore di Loano, dove abbiamo gustato piatti tipici liguri in ambiente raccolto e molto accogliente. Cibo di ottima fattura, sia gli antipasti che i primi (Brandacujun, buridda, paccheri con calamari e friggitele e linguine con rossetti-piccolo pesce di mare dai riflessi rosacei). Pane e olio di accompagnamento sempre presenti, buona la carta dei vini e svariate tipologie di dolci. Servizio molto cordiale e attento, gestore molto simpatico che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. Giro di Amari offerto a fine serata con cestino di caramelle, veramente graditi! Consigliata la prenotazione!Sicuramente torneremo.

07/09/2025: AMAZING meat. I only need one menu and I've tried them all! Excellent service, very friendly staff, but although they obviously work hard, it's unfortunately extremely slow. The place is very noisy due to soundproofing. However, I have absolutely nothing to complain about the food! Simply superb. A paradise for meat lovers like me! Highly recommended!

09/12/2025: Eating well, but there's too much of a gap between the price of the set menu and the "à la carte" one... The set menu is definitely better in terms of food quantity ratio (provided a person is hungry).
01/12/2025: On our way back from visiting the Giant Bench on Mount Mao in Spotorno, we stopped for lunch. A wonderful surprise. Excellent welcome. We had the farinata...superlative. I highly recommend it.
