Dinner last night, as a couple. Discovered by chance while strolling along Via Piol.
More specifically: exceptional tartare, vegetable caponata with raisins, pine nuts, and sprinkled almonds—truly delicious and unique; ossobuco Milanese-style fried in butter, so you'd double those 300 grams; Black Angus steak cooked medium rare, with a "curly" sweet potato that contrasted beautifully with the flavors.
We chose a very good, fragrant still white wine, but it was a personal choice, preferring a white over a red despite the meat-based dishes.
Dessert: tiramisu tarte tatines worthy of the finest pastry shop.
These ladies convey all their dedication in their dishes. And they know how to welcome a customer.

An absolute gem. Everything was so delicious and inviting that it was impossible to resist the temptation to try it before taking the photo. One bite led to another, and the whole dish was gone in a flash. The onion crème brûlée was a stroke of genius, kudos to the girls at Ossobuchi, the perfect custodians of this precious recipe from Nonna Renata.

Everything was very good. Just two small comments, which have already been shared with the restaurant management, who expressed their regret. (The temperature inside the restaurant was quite cool for the time of year, and the risotto, of good quality and craftsmanship, unfortunately arrived cold at the table.) This, however, didn't deter us from giving it a good rating, as evidenced by the stars. The unique cuisine justifies the price, which is not cheap but in line with the standard. We'll be back.
