My boyfriend and I had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the chef very helpful. The location is lovely, though perhaps a little small (but perhaps that's part of the beauty; I found it very intimate and cozy). The tasting left me more than satisfied. A worthwhile restaurant, not too far from Sanremo. If you're on vacation, stop by; you won't regret it!

I confirm my excellent rating. The dinner was absolutely excellent. Seafood dinner with all local ingredients and sustainable cuisine. Impeccably cooked dishes with excellent balance of flavors. The wine list is comprehensive and, in my opinion, able to satisfy all palates. As always, this is a testament to the quality and commitment to the profession. A small comment, if I may, to the kitchen staff, who are otherwise excellent, but with their thick hair, I would have them wear a cap, as is customary.

A great experience!
The dishes are excellent, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. The service is attentive without ever being intrusive, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products, which is much appreciated.
A special mention goes to the grilled tuna with rosemary and amberjack tartare, absolutely delicious.
Please note: dinner takes a little time due to the number of courses, but this also allows you to fully enjoy it.
I highly recommend it!

A cozy and intimate restaurant in Bussana, where the cuisine showcases Ligurian ingredients with pleasant Piedmontese influences. Highly recommended! I don't understand why it hasn't received a green star yet...

A very good Ligurian culinary experience, but not only in this very welcoming little restaurant with a beautiful wine list where you will be given many explanations... in French please! We realize that these very friendly people love their job! An enchanting place, even if on the side of the road, in an intimate, relaxing and green setting (outdoor terrace). The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and presentation of the dishes, even if in a higher range than more classic restaurants in the area. We came there on a Sunday in July, and it was a good thing that it was open, unlike most of the restaurants in the area. Note the very clean toilets, which contrasts with quite a few restaurants on the nearby French coast. Go there! You shouldn't be disappointed!

I ate here for the first time with my partner on Friday evening, and it was an experience I'll remember and repeat. I hadn't eaten warm bread since Sundays at my grandmother's house, and this was like a caress for the soul. I couldn't fault the tasting menu, which we chose to pair with various organic, quality wines. The place is small, which I appreciated because they showed a level of care for their customers that's hard to find these days. The dinner was accompanied by some rather extravagant, sophisticated, and at times almost bipolar background music... another work by the young chef, who transforms everything he touches, even a simple playlist, into art! Unfortunately, I don't have photos to attach because the dishes were so inviting that I devoured them immediately! See you soon!

On Saturday evening, we went to Ossi di Seppia – Cucina Sostenibile in Bussana. The weekly tasting menu is original in itself, but the chef enhanced it with some seasonal treats that we thoroughly enjoyed:
Welcome aperitif: warm focaccia, chickpea hummus, and cucumber tzatziki, perfect for breaking the ice, topped off with a fresh dip in place of the usual cream puff.
Assorted appetizer: masterful raw Mediterranean bluefin tuna, enhanced with fermented agretti instead of the traditional turnip tops: a tangy green note that elevated the dish.
First course: ravioli filled with wild herbs picked from the chef's garden, with a trumpet mushroom ragù and lightly seared cherry tomatoes, a concentration of Ligurian aromas.
Second course: oil-cooked meagre fillet, accompanied by vegetables of the day and a fish fumet beurre blanc; impeccably cooked and with distinct flavors.
Dessert: Red berry espresso soufflé with homemade yogurt sorbet – light, fragrant, and indulgent.
The added value is the sustainable philosophy: almost all the ingredients come from the property's own garden or from local fish, which is evident in the freshness and intensity of the flavors. Furthermore, the chef passionately guided us through a mini wine tasting, serving different glasses for each course and explaining the pairings and terroir with expertise but never intrusive.
The service is warm and attentive, and the bill is more than justified for the overall quality. The intimate setting, with attention to detail, is perfect for a dinner for two or for anyone wanting to discover an authentic slice of contemporary Ligurian cuisine.
In short: excellent ingredients, balanced creativity, customer service, and a strong green commitment. We'll definitely be back!

Ossi di Seppia is a small gastronomic gem: high-quality cuisine, unwavering customer service, and excellent local ingredients. It offers a memorable experience that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression on the hearts (and palates) of those who experience it. A must-try if you're visiting Bussana (and you'll definitely want to return!).
