Oscar's In Casale monferrato

Super nice drop-in even though it was closed officially and direct cooking by the lady chef

For our 30th anniversary of us 🥰 we went by chance 😃😃😃 to Oscar, a great, very nice man who was able to recommend his simple but good and quality dishes. Ravioli with porcini mushrooms and raw Fassone ham I recommend it to everyone We'll see each other again truffle in a month!!🥂😜😋

Dinner February 2024. We were the only customers and Oscar (who is a character) occasionally "cheered us up" with some jokes or anecdotes, while the waitress was more serious. Nice place, good raw meat and first courses, while the portion of porcini mushrooms was a bit small. We only drank half a bottle of red, but I think he made us pay for it all even though he told us we could have some left over without any problems. Two starters, two first courses and a half of wine cost 70 euros, which isn't exactly an economical bill.
