Osaka Restaurant In Talamona

I stopped by chance two years ago, and since then, every time I pass by, I make a mandatory stop... Nice, clean, fresh, and the food is very good.

Osaka used to be one of the best sushi restaurants in the province; I used to drive almost an hour to get there. Now, after five years of not coming here, I find everything structured the same as Kanto in Colico, only the quality is much lower. All the specialty dishes that made it worth coming here are no longer available; everything is conforming to a single standard. Despite this, unlike Colico, the bathrooms are numerous and clean, and the staff is always smiling.

This restaurant never disappoints! They've recently added some truly delightful specials, with unique pairings and meticulously presented dishes. The fish is always fresh, and the quality shines through in every dish. One of the things I appreciate most is that there's always something new and so much variety on the menu, so you can try something different every time. The service is also very precise, attentive, and meticulous: the staff always makes guests feel welcomed and cared for with kindness. You can really see the passion behind this place. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff; the only flaw, in my opinion, is the price in the evening: €37. And it's not displayed. If I'd known, I'd have gone for lunch, where I'd definitely have saved about €13.
