A delightful place serving vegetarian cuisine. The dishes are well-prepared and the menu is always varied. Excellent veggie burgers with homemade buns. Highly recommended!

I'd like to point out this wonderful vegan brasserie in Reggio Emilia. I discovered it by chance while searching online and fell in love! Silvia and Lia's attention to detail in their restaurant is fantastic; everything is very rustic yet refined. For lunch, they offer a menu featuring vegan first courses (often with a Puglian flavour, given that Chef Lia is originally from Puglia!), plus side dishes and appetizers that you can choose to create a dish to accompany the main course. In the evening, they offer first courses and sandwiches hand-picked and made by them. Pictured is the APOLLO with fake chicken cutlet, tomato, caramelized onion, lettuce, and vegan mayonnaise, all accompanied by a mix of vegetables and an excellent Apulian wine, a fabulous Nero di Troia. What can I say? A wonderful discovery that I absolutely recommend if you're in Reggio Emilia and want to eat well in a family-friendly atmosphere.

Vegetarian/vegan buffet with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. Excellent quality and variety. For an affordable and healthy lunch break in the city center, Ortocucina is the place to go.

Not only is the food delicious, but the owners are also particularly kind and welcoming. We enjoyed eating a burger with a plate of vegetables and other quality mezzes, accompanied by a good glass of wine.

Bellissimo! We shared a delicious burger and a plate of various vegetable dishes, each accompanied by several glasses of wine, all for less than €45. The owners were absolutely charming and spoke French; we chatted for a while and had a wonderful evening! Thank you so much!

Whether you are vegan or not, this is a place with lovely staff and delicious healthy food. I recommend the buffet option. The burger too was delicious
