I went to eat at this restaurant based on the reviews, which were not contradicted. I found the ingredients excellent and expertly prepared. The dining room is welcoming and quiet, as there aren't many tables. The owners are well-mannered and friendly. I always love returning.

An amazing experience for an organic farm, the cuisine is meticulously prepared, and everything is excellent, both from the ingredients and the preparation. Everything is prepared by the kind chef/owner. Four of us sampled both first and second courses, especially the pork, which was exquisite. The desserts deserve a special mention: try the chocolate mousse, sublime, truly unlike any other mousse. The atmosphere is typical of a country farm; I saw the children at the next table playing safely on the lawn. My only recommendation is to start from the central area or call and ask for directions to avoid ending up on country roads, as we did. If you take the right road, it's right outside the center, just a few minutes' drive away. If you go, ask the owner about his garden produce; he gave us some excellent tomatoes.

I stopped here for lunch on the long drive home. The food was good, and the owner is a farmer who believes in organic farming and takes on all the challenges of trying to grow things the way they used to, healthily and according to nature's rhythms! Highly recommended!

Ristorante immerso nella bellissima campagna Sabina, la cucina è raffinata, le materie prime ottime e legate alla stagionalità, l’ambiente è curato e il servizio attento ed estremamente cortese. Ieri sera siamo tornati in qs ristorante, dove ci piace venire per sfuggire dal caos romano ed immergerci nel verde e nella cucina di qualità e come sempre è stato una conferma. Tutto buonissimo dall’antipasto ai dolci. Torneremo presto Consigliatissimo

A top rating. The veranda has a stunning view and is comfortable even in the summer with the air conditioning. Attentive service and refined dishes at a more than fair price. I recommend the four-course menu.

Ristorante La Raja

25/08/2025: On Sunday, August 24th, my family and I visited Agriturismo "La Raja" near Passo Corese for the first time. It's a beautifully maintained place, with plenty of greenery, a small nymphaeum, farm animals, and games: a real treat, especially for children...and adults too! At lunch, saying there was everything is an understatement: excellent, quality cuisine combined with generous portions. The dining room staff—all young—served our guests discreetly, quickly, kindly, and, in short, very professionally. I'd especially like to mention Mrs. Verusca, who welcomed us warmly into the spacious dining room—perhaps because of its layout, it's the setting of the old olive oil mill—and has been meticulously restored and renovated. We were happy; we spent a relaxing day in a quiet, clean, and welcoming environment, and we're sure we'll return with our friends.
06/07/2025: Amazing lunch, professional and very kind staff, excellent quality food from start to finish. Nothing to complain about, La Raja all the way.

18/09/2025: A really cool place that I'm happy to review. You go from the road to nature; in some ways it feels like being on the set of Little House on the Prairie because once you arrive, you find yourself surrounded by the greenest greenery. Upon our arrival, we met a female wild boar who, according to the owners, is a regular visitor. The young and attentive staff made sure our dinner was perfect, and it was a silver wedding anniversary so there were a lot of people, but they were impeccable, friendly, and ready to accommodate our requests. The food was more or less all good. I personally don't eat some things, but judging by the expressions of the diners, I assume everything was fine. The cold cuts were delicious, their grilled vegetables were perfectly seasoned. The agnolotti were amazing; the grilled meat, even though there were a lot of us, was hot and cooked perfectly, which is not a given at a reception. I recommend it. Ps. If you are looking for silver cutlery or stars this is not for you, but if you want to spend time on a real farm in nature then this is the right place.
09/09/2025: A location for those who love nature, animals, and simple, authentic cuisine.
