An amazing experience for an organic farm, the cuisine is meticulously prepared, and everything is excellent, both from the ingredients and the preparation. Everything is prepared by the kind chef/owner. Four of us sampled both first and second courses, especially the pork, which was exquisite. The desserts deserve a special mention: try the chocolate mousse, sublime, truly unlike any other mousse. The atmosphere is typical of a country farm; I saw the children at the next table playing safely on the lawn. My only recommendation is to start from the central area or call and ask for directions to avoid ending up on country roads, as we did. If you take the right road, it's right outside the center, just a few minutes' drive away. If you go, ask the owner about his garden produce; he gave us some excellent tomatoes.

I went to eat at this restaurant based on the reviews, which were not contradicted. I found the ingredients excellent and expertly prepared. The dining room is welcoming and quiet, as there aren't many tables. The owners are well-mannered and friendly. I always love returning.

I stopped here for lunch on the long drive home. The food was good, and the owner is a farmer who believes in organic farming and takes on all the challenges of trying to grow things the way they used to, healthily and according to nature's rhythms! Highly recommended!

Ristorante immerso nella bellissima campagna Sabina, la cucina è raffinata, le materie prime ottime e legate alla stagionalità, l’ambiente è curato e il servizio attento ed estremamente cortese. Ieri sera siamo tornati in qs ristorante, dove ci piace venire per sfuggire dal caos romano ed immergerci nel verde e nella cucina di qualità e come sempre è stato una conferma.
