The environment is welcoming and convivial, perfect for relaxing and having fun while learning something new. The owner is a kind and friendly person, capable of putting everyone at ease and conveying his passion for cooking in an engaging way. You really learn a lot, but without ever losing the pleasure of being together and experimenting.
