A historic Forte Dei Marmi restaurant, pizza and focaccia are indescribably delicious and unique. The only place where it's truly worth the wait to receive your order.

YOU CAN'T GO TO FORTE DEI MARMI AND NOT TRY ORLANDO AT LEAST ONCE It's definitely a bit pricey, but it's the best historic focacceria in Forte dei Marmi. I've known it and been going there since I was little, and I can't say I'm on vacation if I don't stop by for a focaccia with cream cheese and peas, or the onion one. Their pizza is equally as good, and then they finish it off with their truly delicious desserts.

Se vuoi respirare l aria del vecchio Forte dei Marmi, dove regna signorilità ed educazione devi andare da Orlando. Oltre a mangiare bene per la qualità dei prodotti. Grazie

You place your order and pick it up when your name is called so there is no service but the peas and cheese focaccia is delicious.

Locale storico arredato come una volta, tutto in legno con le sedie da regista e le tovaglie a quadri. Non c'è servizio al tavolo, ognuno scrive la propria ordinazione su un foglietto e la si consegna al bancone. Quando la comanda è pronta si è avvertiti tramite altoparlante. Anche per le bibite il servizio è self service. Non lo conoscevamo, ma lo abbiamo scelto perché dispongono di schiacciatine anche senza glutine. Sia la schiacciata che i condimenti sono buoni (sia in versione normale che senza glutine), ma il prezzo è esoso si paga oltre 10€ per uno spicchio piccolo di focaccia.

Historic place furnished as it once was, all in wood with director's chairs and checked tablecloths. There is no table service, everyone writes their order on a piece of paper and delivers it to the counter. When the order is ready you are notified via loudspeaker. The service is also self-service for drinks. We didn't know it, but we chose it because they also have gluten-free flat bread. Both the flatbread and the toppings are good (both in the normal and gluten-free versions), but the price is exorbitant - you pay over €10 for a small slice.

08/06/2025: We were a group of eight guys on a mission to throw a bachelor party to remember. Despite numerous warnings from locals — who recommended more elegant and relaxed environments in the Viareggio dock — we decided to challenge fate and cross the threshold of the infamous Maki Maki. As soon as we entered, we found ourselves catapulted into what seemed like a summer camp for teenagers: the average age at first glance lower than the right to vote in Italy. The service was a bit poor. The table was dirty when we arrived and the waiters were practically absent. And yet, between a kid looking for cigarettes and a few shaky drinks, the evening began to pick up pace. Good commercial music, surprisingly engaging entertainment girls, and the price was all in all fair for a nightclub in this area. A positive note to the very kind guy who served us a hookah at the table with a smile on his lips, saving the honor of the service. In short, Maki Maki is an experience that is somewhere between memories of teenage vacations and unexpected fun. Not for everyone, but if you're looking for music and a touch of the absurd, with the right mix of tequila shots, you might even come away satisfied.

14/11/2024: A very well decorated place, 10 service, attentive and fast waiters. Delicious food and despite not having a drink because we were with him Fair time, the prices were great for everything. For less than 30 euros my partner and I had dinner and they gave us bread. I liked it, I recommend it
26/10/2024: Got the bacon cheese, and the chicken burger along with fries. The burgers were delicious and the fries were crisp. Would go again for sure!
