Refined dishes starting from the valorization of the raw material, enhanced by a touch of originality and expertly combined secondary ingredients. Don't expect tavern prices but a very honest quality-price ratio.

We received a recommendation from a local winery and my husband and I decided to try this restaurant. Very clean.
Unfortunately, the bread was burnt. We noticed that other tables were not served bread that was burnt. Although the presentation of the meal was excellent, the entire meal was defrosted. The menu stated that products are “frozen”. When my husband received his meal, it was still cold and we asked the server to warm it up a little more. He apologized repeatedly. When paying for the meal, they tried give us some dried pasta but we do not believe that would be able to take food home on the plane.

29 July 2019. Lunch with relatives and friends in an enchanting place!! Delicious menu with special dishes, such as pork belly cooked for 24 hours, simply delicious... like everything else. The owner Andrea rose to the occasion, Serena was very good!!
Evening of May 18, 2024 with the Historic club of Castrovillari under the banner of friendliness among friends, in the hospitality of the Origini restaurant led by the always top Andrea 🙂

Really fantastic food, everything is done with passion and culinary art. Adrea is great chef and host, I had one of the best truffles risotto I ever tasted. Great wine selection and everything is done like 3 stars Michelin restaurant. Highly recommend, if you are in the area don't miss this opportunity
