Sunday lunch: nice and cozy place, attentive but never intrusive dining room service. We had as an appetizer an egg with truffle on a nest of crispy potatoes (spectacular in the presentation and astonishing in the taste), two first courses: a pappardella filled with potatoes and porcini mushrooms (beautiful to look at and very pleasant to taste); a tricolor gnocchi (beautiful to look at but the taste lacked that extra kick); two second courses paired with their side dishes (good and not banal) and two desserts (a very fun deconstructed tiramisu and a delicious creme brulee) water and coffee. 115 euros for the experience offered, price perfectly in line with the offer. everything plated, presented and served with care with new and pleasantly surprising combinations. Definitely worth trying the summer menu put on the table soon. We will be back.

One word to describe it: Superb! The creamed cod appetizer was very good, the Gricia was perfect, the cockerel and lamb were amazing! Good wine list, prices in line with the excellent quality of the raw materials. I will definitely be back.

When there is someone who knows how to cook in the kitchen, all the knowledge and passion can be felt on the plate. Yesterday I wanted to treat myself well and I started looking on the web for a good restaurant not too far from Tivoli because I didn't want to enter Rome to avoid the traffic returning from the bridge. I was struck by the presumptuous name of the restaurant "Origini Cibo e Vino", I read some reviews that struck me because they all extolled the quality and above all the uncommon dishes, to which I said to myself; I'm going to try! The place is a little outside Subiaco but you can enjoy the panorama and natural beauty of the Aniene Valley. Food is a sensory experience The place is welcoming, clean and pleasant The staff were courteous, reserved and professional. The bill is honest. I will definitely go back. N.b.: Only 4 stars because there is always room for improvement

A culinary experience between "gourmet" and traditional cuisine: a mix that brings you back to the "origins". Pleasant atmosphere with cloying landscape. The cellar should be expanded with excellent and more expensive wines! For the most demanding: there is great Expertise on champagne which, here in the country is rare!. Cucina ottima, raffinata rivisitazione dei piatti tradizionali del luogo. Locale tranquillo, bello anche lo spazio esterno… Da provare
