When there is someone who knows how to cook in the kitchen, all the knowledge and passion can be felt on the plate.
Yesterday I wanted to treat myself well and I started looking on the web for a good restaurant not too far from Tivoli because I didn't want to enter Rome to avoid the traffic returning from the bridge.
I was struck by the presumptuous name of the restaurant "Origini Cibo e Vino", I read some reviews that struck me because they all extolled the quality and above all the uncommon dishes, to which I said to myself; I'm going to try!
The place is a little outside Subiaco but you can enjoy the panorama and natural beauty of the Aniene Valley.
Food is a sensory experience
The place is welcoming, clean and pleasant
The staff were courteous, reserved and professional.
The bill is honest.
I will definitely go back.
N.b.: Only 4 stars because there is always room for improvement

Recensione da moltiplicare per N volte che sono venuto. Ogni volta un menù nuovo, ogni volta un esperimento. Il posto ed il titolare, sono meravigliosi. Ed ovviamente la cucina di conseguenza. A farla da padrone il mitico UOVO!

do, after reading and knowing! about these prepared guys who cook well.
And I confirm!
A culinary experience between "gourmet" and traditional cuisine: a mix that brings you back to the "origins".
Pleasant atmosphere with cloying landscape.
The cellar should be expanded with excellent and more expensive wines! For the most demanding: there is great Expertise on champagne which, here in the country is rare!.
The only note: the Customer, even if alone, and at an unusual time, must not be directed to a place that only He chooses in compliance with the needs and reservations of the restaurant.
There is a lot of education and preparation in the service.

Very beautiful location, there were 5 of us for a Sunday lunch and we were welcomed with extreme kindness and professionalism by the staff who reserved a table for us in front of a large window with a beautiful view of Subiaco, it looked like a painting.
Excellent food, refined and carefully presented dishes, prices that are more than honest for the quality of the raw materials offered. It has undoubtedly become my favorite restaurant ever. I can't wait to return to try other dishes! Thanks for everything
