Origini Cibo e Vino In Subiaco

I just had lunch at Origini di Subiaco and I have to say it was a real pleasure! The food was delicious, the dishes were creative and carefully presented. The service was impeccable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the place is perfect for a relaxing break surrounded by Subiaco's nature. I highly recommend it! 😊

My mother's 80th birthday, with us, her children, and grandchildren. We were all delighted by the dishes, always colorful and with flavors you could taste. He was so kind, he even brought us a few extra plates so we could taste them together! The dishes were so delicious, they even awakened the senses of my ninety-year-old dad! Thanks again :-)

We had dinner on Monday, January 5, 2026. We found this place because it was recommended in Subiaco/Monte Livata, so we gave it a try. Dinner was great; the food was excellent, incredibly fresh, and of the highest quality! Plus, the wine selection is extensive, so you certainly won't be left wanting for anything. The staff was very kind, explaining each dish to us, and we were very satisfied. Perhaps not many people know that in addition to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, they're also open on holidays and the days before. When we were there, the place was very quiet, which was a shame because it's truly delicious. Perhaps the only flaw, which obviously has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, is the location. We weren't from Subiaco and didn't know the exact location of the place, so we decided to walk there from the historic center, but the route wasn't that great, hahaha. But we'll definitely be back, that's for sure.
