Origine is an excellent restaurant, located in the splendid historic setting of the Grand Hotel San Gemini. Care for the ingredient is the pivot on which the cooking idea of ​​the talented Neapolitan chef revolves, which brings with it southern influences - while respecting the solid Umbrian culinary tradition, with a twist of innovation that is never forced, on the contrary, it seems to enhance the chosen ingredient even more, without distorting or altering it.
