Simply great: food, ambience, staff was so kind. I would highly recommend if you want to eat well while being in a nice atmosphere. Not expensive at all, great value for money!

I have been a customer for some time, the restaurant is also the point of reference for special occasions such as New Year's Eve or birthday dinners. Over the years I have always found delicious dishes, prepared with quality raw materials, and impeccable service: welcoming and professional. You can clearly perceive the passion and care they put into everything they do. Recommended 💯 as a friend of mine says "even the light lunch toast is super!" 😋

Top notch food and service. The chef had invented his own seasonal appetizers with local ingredients which change frequently. We tried two of the pasta dishes, the trout and quail both of which were excellent. The truffle icecream, beetroot gel, potato cracker and mousse was the most exciting combination that I have ever tried in a dessert!

Ristorante Origine was a wonderful discovery. The menu is very innovative. It offers dishes from land, sea, and lake, and the ones we tried were truly balanced and tasty. The wine list is precise and carefully chosen to perfectly complement the menu. The service is attentive, precise, and helpful. The location is enchanting, as the restaurant is located inside the Grand Hotel Sangemini. I recommend it for anyone looking for an innovative and contemporary culinary experience. I will definitely be back.

Restaurant with a really interesting menu: the dishes are a combination of tradition and modernity, with a truly unique taste! Attentive and friendly service, we appreciated every proposal, every course and even the wine pairing! We truly thank all the staff for their kindness and for this culinary experience!

04/09/2025: We passed by in the morning and then decided to return in the afternoon to buy something. Besides buying some cured meats, we appreciated the explanation and the (unscheduled) visit to see how porchetta is cooked. Kudos to you for your helpfulness and customer service!
29/08/2025: Excellent butcher shop with top-quality products at more than fair prices. We tried the platter, which was truly delicious and plentiful. A heartfelt thank you to Loredana for her availability and kindness. Definitely worth a try!

26/08/2025: Osteria Fosca Umbra will be a regular stop! I didn't stay at the inn overnight, but I did visit it during a motorcycle tour. After a terrible experience in Rome a few days earlier, this stop made me reconnect with the restaurant scene. The (homemade) dishes were high-quality and affordable. The meal for two cost a little more than I'd spent three days earlier in Rome, but my taste buds were much more satisfied. The quality and deliciousness of the products served was truly unexpected. The selection of local wines at very reasonable prices is also excellent. The service is professional. If I lived nearby, I'd get a subscription...
25/08/2025: Excellent place both for sleeping with large and clean rooms and for eating excellent value for money is located in a strategic place near the most popular destinations Narni the Marmore Falls, the Mole di Stifone etc.....
