I had the pork shank, which was very good, but the real revelation was the polenta, something special.
Even without any particular additions of other ingredients. It's a shame they don't pair it with sausage.
(I had eaten that way a while ago in Pila "Aosta," and it stayed with me.)
The price controls were super kind, no wait even though I hadn't booked, maybe luck.

A Bavarian restaurant on the outskirts of Bergamo, more precisely in a kind of industrial park. A large restaurant with friendly service. The food is decent, with a wide selection of dishes and drinks.
We stopped for pizza on our way back from the Veneto region, a place I already knew. The pizza is delicious!! It's absolutely worth trying, made with a light and very flavorful dough that almost tastes like kebab bread but isn't. It's definitely worth trying with a nice white beer.

The only flaw with this place is that they never bring the dishes together. If you eat pizza, you eat before everyone else...

Locale stile bavarese, in questa stagione tavoli anche all'aperto, disorganizzati nel servizio, molto lento anche se vi era poca gente... Cucina nella media, pizza con un buon impasto, ma poco farcita e ripeto troppa attesa! Mentre stai mangiando e riordini una birra non possono passare 20 minuti... E la cosa si è ripetuta più volte!
