Homely atmosphere, good meeting point. A restaurant that offers good, well-cooked meat. Friendly, precise and fast service. A good choice for a dinner with friends. A bit of confusion but the place was full of people on a Saturday night

My colleagues and I needed a quick lunch, not only were we satisfied but we were still able to appreciate excellent cuisine and, above all, excellent grilled meat. Compliments.

I had dinner in this grill with friends and I must say that it was a truly pleasant experience. The meat was excellent, cooked to perfection and of high quality. The side dishes didn't particularly impress me, but that didn't detract from our evening. The selection of wines was also excellent, with really reasonable prices which we really appreciated. To top it all, the service was impeccable: attentive, friendly and always available staff. Highly recommended!

The main problem is the quality/price ratio, too high for the offer. Roast hamburger and sausage, the usual thirty-year starter... I don't recommend it

Very nice place, nice "butcher's" counter with the meat and the grill visible immediately at the entrance. I found the place full (perhaps because it was Friday evening), but I was alone and they immediately found me a good table. I ate a bit of fried food and then a lot of meat: bombette, torcinelli, lamb, sausage and even a skewer, all cooked to perfection and accompanied by sautéed chicory. Particularly efficient service: in less than an hour I finished, with even time to finish the wine calmly. Highly recommended, maybe remember to book: when I left there were a lot of people outside waiting

Excellent experience for meat lovers! I had the pleasure of dining at Carboni Ardenti and I can say that it was a memorable experience. The quality of the meat is extraordinary: selected cuts and perfect cooking, executed with skill. I tasted the veal and was struck by the tenderness and intense flavour, certainly the result of a very high quality raw material. The menu offers a wide choice, even with options for those who prefer something other than meat, such as side dishes and fresh starters. Worthy of note are the grilled vegetables, they are local...the "real" km 0. The environment is welcoming, rustic but with attention to detail, ideal for a relaxing evening in company. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, always ready to recommend the best cut of meat based on personal tastes. The owner is a delightful and kind person with all his customers. The prices are fair, considering the quality of the food and the impeccable service. I highly recommend Carboni Ardenti to anyone who wants to enjoy exceptional meat in a pleasant atmosphere. I had the pleasure of dining in this fantastic grill in Foggia and I can only highly recommend it! The main dish was a spectacular 70cm skewer, a triumph of goodness that delighted our every sense (you can find it on the menu). I didn't have time to photograph it in full because I was too hungry. The meat, expertly grilled, was tender, succulent and tasty. The side dishes are no less important: from fresh vegetables to crunchy and tasty potatoes. The staff was welcoming and attentive, creating a family atmosphere that made us feel at home. If you are looking for a place to taste quality meat and enjoy an evening of good food, this grill is an obligatory stop. Compliments!
