We walked past this restaurant in Venice and couldn’t resist stepping in, as we were constantly craving Asian food. We ordered a plate of Chirashi and a Fried Seafood Vermicelli. There is a sushi counter on-site, and the sashimi was fresh and well prepared. The fried vermicelli was also very tasty and satisfying. The prices for the dishes were lower than what many other eateries in the area would typically charge, which was a pleasant surprise. However, we were less pleased with the coperto (cover charge) of €2 per person. Overall, we still enjoyed our meal and found it to be a decent option in Venice when you’re looking for Asian flavours.

Wandering around Venice we saw this restaurant and being curious we wanted to try it, I must say that we couldn't have chosen better, what we ate was all good, exceptional sautéed spaghetti with seafood, excellent fried food, excellent chicken skewers and excellent pieces of sushi, the waitresses were very kind.

The food was delicious. The fried rice was also good and well-balanced, tasting like Thai fried rice. The wonton soup was good. The grilled chicken on sticks was good, similar to teriyaki chicken. The fried chicken was delicious, similar to fried chicken tendons. Served with Mae Pranom's sweet and sour sauce, coming to this restaurant made me miss Thai food. 💖

19/12/2025: Margherita Restaurant, located in the splendid Villa Franceschi, is more than just a place to eat; it's a true experience. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere enveloped us with a unique elegance, all complemented by lighting and furnishings that created a perfect ambiance. The dishes we tried, all seafood-based, were simply exceptional from the moment they were presented. Fantastic food in a historic Venetian villa setting that's always worth experiencing. In short, Villa Franceschi is a gem. From appetizers to dessert, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. If you're looking for a top-notch meal for a special occasion or simply to pamper yourself, this is the place. We'll definitely be back! 5 well-deserved stars.

05/01/2026: I'll start by saying that this is the second time I've tried this pizzeria in a while. They definitely put a lot of effort into making the pizza dough and using quality ingredients. It's a shame that everything fades during cooking, as they burnt all the round pizzas we tried (both tall and short), giving the entire dish a bitter, burnt flavor. The atmosphere is informal, the wait staff is very smiling and welcoming, but the owner is less so, and he comes across as a man of few words and not really suited to the role of order taker... Prices are a bit high for what we ended up tasting. €82.20 for four pizzas, three beers, and one water...
03/01/2026: Delicious pizzas, fantastic desserts, and herbal teas. Highly recommended.
