The orecchiette were exceptional; I had the ones with white ragù and I highly recommend them.
We had dinner. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. Excellent!

The restaurant is located in a difficult area for parking, but there's a very convenient one just a few steps away in Piazza Cavour. The restaurant is simple and informal, but the waiters are very friendly. We ate delicious fava beans and chicory. We'll definitely be back.

I expected more variety from the menu. The food was decent; we're in Rome, so prices are medium to high. I'd suggest wearing waiter attire to make the atmosphere more chic. Service was friendly.

Great choice of Pugliese cuisine!
The dish of the day (orecchiette with carcofi, calamari and lemon) exquisite!
I would recommend taking a first and a second course and forgetting the dessert. The interpretation of the tiramisu does not surpass the classic version.

Five stars because I can't give them more!
I've been wanting to go for months, and I can say that my expectations were far exceeded.
The place is welcoming, almost like a museum dedicated to the great Lino Banfi.
The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home.
The food is excellent; we had lunch with a mixed appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, a Pasqualotto pasta, and of course the orecchiette.
A heartfelt thank you to Rosanna, who, despite having to leave, stopped by to chat and take a souvenir photo.
We'll definitely be back and recommend it if you're in the area.

I went to Orecchietteria with my family on January 3rd. We ate at a restaurant that is a tribute to Lino Banfi's career. The food was delicious and truly high quality. The value for money was excellent. The service was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this corner of Puglia in the center of Rome, and I already have an idea of what to order because I wanted to eat everything. You can tell this place exudes authenticity and sincerity from every pore. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
