10/05/2025: I had dinner last night with 4 friends, few times have I eaten so well and, above all, I was treated so well. Very nice and helpful owner, not at all intrusive and always with a smile. When we went to pay the bill, in addition to a significant discount, he was super available for a chat, all accompanied with some truly fine rum and cocoa beans that I had never tasted before, and to make matters worse he decided to offer us a second tasting of the same rum, which very few people, especially if they were owners, would have done. As an appetizer we took a platter for 4, excellent cheeses and exceptional cured meats, especially the smoked meats. My friends and I opted to take all 4 of the different first courses, avoiding the usual carbonara or amatriciana and opting for something more sophisticated, and none of us were disappointed, everything was delicious and the portions, as well as being generous, are very full of their seasoning so that we can enjoy it with bread. Very good desserts. No flaws, the prices are more than fair for the quality of the food and the portions of the dishes, a restaurant that is not having the success it actually deserves. I will definitely return and as soon as possible.

Andrea, the owner of the restaurant, manages with kindness and professionalism to amaze you with original recipes, genuine, fresh and highly refined ingredients and unpredictable and sublime flavours.
Each course is a real sensorial experience: here you don't eat to satisfy your hunger, here you eat to experience new emotions. Try it to believe it.
