Happy, central location, a stone's throw from Piazza Bodoni with its large underground car park.
Traditional environment, characterized by soft lights and neutral colors to create a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere and by exposed brick ceilings to underline the age of the room and convey a pleasant feeling of tradition.
Adequately spaced tables and high level acoustic comfort.
The cuisine is typical Piedmontese, with a not very extensive menu, traditionally unbalanced towards starters, pleasant and spared from, for me, hateful, reinterpretations.
Our orders met expectations, with the tajarin al dente and generously seasoned, the typical "Langa rose" appetizer that couldn't be more typical, Cantabrian anchovies in three good ways but not very meaty and the cheek braised with Nebbiolo, tasty and perfectly cooked.
Desserts appreciated.
Home-made bread, soft and with a nice moist crumb, which invites you to abuse it.
Wine list focused on local productions, from which we drew an excellent Ruchè by Pierfrancesco Gatto.
