I could start by saying spectacular but I’ll rather place as unforgettable. We went there on a Saturday night and the place was pristine, well organised, clean, and overall spotless. We sat immediately and our waiter explained us the two menu options, one is meat based the other fish based. The whole table went for fish as the menu descriptions already let us wanting more. Out waiter first explained we could mix and match items from both menus which is great. I was really interested in the risotto from the meat menu, then chef came over our table and told me he would see about my request as he didnt think that would work for sequence of the tasting. However he found a way to fit that risotto not only for me, but, to our surprise to the whole table. It's now 2 days since we ate there and honestly I wont forget that risotto! Eating at Ora d'Aria was a pleasure, it was a magic experience in the world of tastes and excellent service. And just when I thought I saw everything we got our dessert and honestly it was to die for! The simplicity of the dish and the taste of heaven are memories I'll carry with me forever or until I manage to eat next at Ora d'Aria. This place was utterly calm and tranquil, the music was such a vibe for a restaurant and the toilets were incredibly spacious and clean. The place is right at the centre of town and yet manage to preserve a cosy and warm environment. If you are looking for honest tasteful flavours just book your spot here.

Wow!! Coming from London where we are blessed with many restaraunts and having quite high food standards, we were very impressed with the food and the service. We were able to select our own tasting menu (does not need the whole table to have the same food) which is great so we could try everything they had to offer. Note that they only do red/white bottles by the bottle, but they were able to suggest a wine that would be suitable for both meat and fish dishes.
It is a very small and intimate restaraunt with only about 8 tables, and the kitchen is right there and you can see how they operate through the glass window. The kitchen was very professional and also very quiet throughout the meal. Chef Marco Stabile was overseeing everything, and presented us with our wine. He also helped served other food items for other tables, and overall it seemed like he was very passionate about his restaraunt.

An impeccable evening at Ora d'aria, I tried chef Stabile's menu in the dark and was pleasantly satisfied. Attentive and competent staff, refined and classy, intimate environment, I recommend it for a couple's dinner but also suitable for business meetings or simply for those who want to eat really well, each dish was carefully presented with high quality seasonal products. The open kitchen elevates the experience in this restaurant.

Un’ esperienza che certamente rifarò . Il
Servizio perfetto e lo chef molto presente . Abbiamo provato il menù degustazione dei 20 anni a base di carne, ottimo, con alcuni piatti che hanno superato le aspetttive come il risotto con faraona, paté di faraona e vinsanto e soprattutto i tortellini farciti con manzo alla chiantigiana . Atmosfera del locale perfetta e anche la cucina a vista ha un suo perché . Proverò ancora la cucina dello chef Marco Stabile.

Small and well-kept, Ora d'Aria is certainly among the best places to take a culinary journey. The helpful, trained, present but never intrusive staff, the excellent culinary choice manage to immerse you in the thoughts of the chef. A wonderful evening.

You don't need stars to shine!
Ora D'Aria welcomed us in the best way right from the start, with attention to detail and almost impeccable service (special mention to Nicola, who transported us into his world and made us fall in love with the wines like few others can). The quality of the raw materials and the yield in terms of balance of tastes and plating makes this place a Florentine excellence!
Congratulations to Chef Stabile, who we had the pleasure of greeting in person.

Non servono stelle per brillare!
Ora D'Aria ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi da subito, con attenzione ai dettagli e un servizio quasi impeccabile (menzione speciale a Nicola, che ci ha trasportato nel suo mondo e fatto innamorare dei vini come pochi sanno fare). La qualità delle materie prime e la resa in termini di bilanciamento dei gusti ed impiattamento fa di questo locale un'eccellenza fiorentina!
Complimenti allo Chef Stabile, che abbiamo avuto il piacere di salutare di persona.

If you want to experience fine dining, let you surprised, by this great chef. I would say it is an unique experience. The experience of dinning takes 2: 30 hrs of surprising fine gourmet food.
