I had the fish course and was very satisfied.
The olive oil also had an excellent aroma and flavor.

One of the most beautiful lunches in recent years. I called and 15 minutes later we were in one of the most beautiful places in Florence. A beautiful entrance to the restaurant, a crazy, hand-painted ceiling and great classics in the restaurant. We opted for the fish menu and were incredibly spoiled with the service and the view of a great lunch. We were able to follow the cooking live in the kitchen and were spoiled with great courses. The atmosphere couldn't have been better, the food was exciting and incredibly tasty. I can only say that it was a very relaxed lunch of a very high standard. Thank you to the team, thank you to the chef, Marco Stabile, you have enchanted us and from now on we are big fans of yours.

A Michelin one-star restaurant located next to the Ponte Vecchio in Florence.
For a star restaurant, the atmosphere is casual and the wait staff is relatively small. The food is not particularly elaborate or performance-oriented, but focuses on flavor and texture.
1) Olive oil, pâté, and butter flavored with fish(?). The appetizer bread has excellent olive oil, and the appetizer bread tastes like it was made in a specialty bakery.
2) Warm soup with caviar and oyster mushrooms, softer than mashed potatoes. It may seem ordinary, but it's a good starter.
3) Tuscan tiger prawns wrapped in bacon.
The shrimp wasn't particularly impressive, and the stir-fried vegetables underneath tasted like a fusion dish with Asian influences.
4) Mascarpone foam, tomato confit, ravioli.
I don't particularly remember the menu. Passable
5) Lobster Taglioline with Truffle Tomato
The texture of the noodles was quite unique, and the flavor of the gnocchi was reminiscent of rigatoni. The noodles themselves were lightly seasoned, and the tomato sauce seemed to have all the flavor, but eating them together with the tomato sauce was incredibly delicious. I'm not sure why there was lobster and truffle.
6) Low-Temperature Grilled Fish
The fish was lightly seasoned and served dipped in sauce. Aside from the soft texture of the fish, it wasn't particularly impressive.
7) Double Vanilla Ice Cream, Berries, Salted Caramel
This was my favorite dish. The vanilla ice cream was delicious, but the combination of berries and caramel was truly exquisite.
The low service score was due to the unprofessional server and the wine glass. This was the first time I've seen a glass with a scratch at a Michelin star. I even poured all the drinks myself. It was disappointing for a Michelin star. The tasting menu costs 90 euros per person, with a table charge of 10 euros per person.
However, the food and wine list were excellent.
Very nice experience, very rich and varied food, relaxed atmosphere and very good service

I was blown away by our experience at Ora d'Aria. Coming from NYC, we have no shortage of great tasting menu restaurants that absolutely pale in comparison to this one. Every bite we had was exquisite, decadent, and full of flavor. The waiters were knowledgable about the food and the wine, answering all our questions. I'm STILL thinking about this meal. We went on a Wednesday night, and I'm not kidding, the next evening I wanted to cancel our dinner reservation and go back a second night in a row. I absolutely would have done it if they were not closed on Thursdays.

Vimos el restaurante en el sitio web de Platinum Amex e hicimos una reserva.
El comedor íntimo y sofisticado tiene vistas a la cocina. El chef Marco Stabile fue muy evidente durante toda la comida, que fue muy agradable. El servicio fue amable, profesional y atento.
Teníamos los menús de degustación de pescado y carne. Cinco platos variados que fueron deliciosos y bellamente presentados.
Un toque encantador al final fue el regalo de una caja de Biscotti al Caffè.
Tuvimos una gran noche y sin duda recomendaría el restaurante.
