The shopping center is too small, there are no armchairs and tables along the entire hallway leading east to west. The magazine department is very sparse. It lacks an attached cinema, a gym and a beauty salon. Rating 4¹/²
We made the mistake of coming here when people were stalking up for New Year’s Eve. I’ve never been in a grocery store this frantic. It’s hard to understand the set up of the store, but it certainly has everything you need. The checkout stand was very quick.
This Coop in the south of Florence is a large, well-stocked chain supermarket. It was housed in the Centro Commerciale with some services and other shops. A parking garage with many parking spaces is easily accessible via moving stairs. We bought plenty of good deals at the cheese and sausage counter for our return journey.
