Finalmente una gestione attenta e un servizio ottimo e curato! Sono tornato in questo locale dopo tanto tempo (avevo smesso di frequentarlo a causa di gestioni pessime) e ho trovato ciò che bisogna aspettarsi da un posto accogliente e onesto anche nei prezzi. Camerieri propositivi e sorridenti, responsabile disponibile e cocktail finalmente buoni e curati. Un consiglio... Con il drink avrei gradito qualche stuzzichino in più invece di due patatine che ho dovuto chiedere più volte! Comunque continuate su questa linea mi raccomando .

Being in the Guidonia area for a few weeks I found this nice place for breakfast. Fast and precise service. The pastries... delicious! I even took advantage of it for a lunch break and with little expense I ate well. The best? The wonderful girl who serves sweetly behind the counter. A spectacle!

The best croissants in the area, among the many who sell disgusting and industrial croissants at the Opificio you will find excellent ones made by the pastry chef.

First time at this place and we were pleasantly surprised! The Piña Colada was delicious, well balanced and super fresh. The starter of the day won us over: excellent flavor and served to perfection, still very hot. A place to try and definitely to recommend!

sono stato con dei miei amici per un aperitivo,ho trovato questa gestione nuova ottima, tutto fresco dei frittini nell’ aperitivo fragranti ,tra l altro tutto abbondante i cocktail anche perfetti, personale attentissimo gentile e cordiale, ho portato a casa anche un cornetto e una bomba mangiati il giorno dopo ed era come appena fatti! Continuate così bravissimi

Ristorante Sacro e Profano

21/04/2025: Attracted by the reviews, I can only confirm. Excellent food and quality of raw materials, welcoming venue, attentive but not intrusive service, excellent value for money. Definitely try their homemade pasta. We also discovered that they organize themed evenings, such as a murder mystery dinner. Definitely coming back.
