We ate here at the restaurant and the food was really good. Amedeo was an excellent server and very personable. I'm glad we had our last dinner here while visiting Europe!

Found this lovely gem by our hotel. The food is fresh and the pasta fresh. Ask for Alam when you get here, he gave us great recommendations on drinks.

We were drawn here by the live jazz, which was absolutely fantastic, and the food was incredible—full of rich flavors. The dinner experience was wonderful, with top-notch service from Said and the rest of the staff. Would definitely recommend!

Busco un restaurante para una cena temprano después de caminar y hacer compras en Roma. Operart estaba cerca de mi hotel. El filete de salmón con costra de pistacho estaba fresco y la ensalada lateral generosa. El servicio fue maravilloso.

Massa sensacional! Uma das melhores que já comi. Música ao vivo, com um saxofonista. Bom ambiente. As mesas são um pouco próximas demais, mas ok.

30/08/2025: Champagne, tripe, pork...what a combination! The vegetables are top-notch, too! It's definitely worth the trip to Via delle Palme for a dinner like this...BRAVO!!!!
29/08/2025: What a wonderful, wonderful experience! It was our first time at this little restaurant! You can also eat outside. The atmosphere is welcoming and simple. The menu is original and sophisticated, with excellent ingredients! The staff is friendly and unobtrusive... in short, we felt at home! We'll definitely be back; it was a wonderful discovery!
