Menu 4....the serious thing about this restaurant is making children wait...they should be the first to eat...instead they are the last...mediocre food because they serve so many people they don't pay attention to the quality...disappointing

Of the old Pagliarone, only the name remains; everything has changed and much else will change, so everything falls within the routine of today's restaurant scene. Therefore, since the old culinary tradition no longer exists, it offers traditional cuisine without praise or infamy. Prices are slightly higher than usual. In summer, it also offers outdoor dining, which is only appreciated in the evenings.

I was curious for the first time about the many TikToks that make the place look cute, with many entire and outdoor rooms. I didn't like the service at all, the rude waiters... I didn't like the pizza, the dough was hard to digest, very chewy... the price was normal...
I wouldn't go back...

An excellent experience, quality food at a fair price in a rustic yet refined setting. The wine cellar, which they kindly showed us around, is also stunning and can be used for aperitifs or small events.

Menu 6: Some dishes were well executed, others less so. The celery with green chili peppers and yellow and red cherry tomatoes were good, as were the porcini ravioli and paccheri with pesto and pancetta. The Pagliarone pasta dish was a bit less so. I found the pasta a bit overcooked. The same was true for the meat. Some pieces were good, others a bit stringy. The dessert and appetizers were good.
Service 8: Welcoming, attentive, and helpful staff
Bill 6: Good value. Some complain that €35 is too much. I think it's fair, considering that drinks are included.
Location 7: In addition to the ample parking, the restaurant is quite large. Rustic and well-kept.

O pagliarone è un vero e proprio punto di riferimento nell'Irpinia, di domenica praticano il menù fisso, abbondante e buono, ma c'è troppa gente e le sale diventano molto caotiche, consiglio di andare o in settimana oppure il sabato sera perché fanno anche un'ottima pizza.

Sono qui oggi a pranzo.... ristorante enorme molto curato menù buonissimo e abbondante...ma il servizio è stato eccellente in particolare ringrazio Alessandro R. per la sua bravura e professionalità...peccato che a Pasqua sono pieni altrimenti ritornerei sicuramente.
