The meat is always the main course. The appetizers are good, but I expected something more seasonal. The first courses are definitely not up to par with the rest. Since they're "lowering" the quality, they should offer a choice, perhaps by offering two menus with and without first courses. The staff is very friendly and helpful, although there are some issues with timing due to the high traffic.

I returned after 30 years and, apart from the renovation of the rooms, everything remained the same, even the culinary tradition. Well done!

A welcoming, unique, and rustic venue. Suitable for families but also for couples. The menu isn't very extensive, with limited choices in my opinion. Attention should be paid to the menu, from its layout to its structure, since we were served some menus that were blank or had pages that weren't in their rings. Customer service and organization definitely need improvement. The customer service is one of the first things you notice, and it needs improvement in this place. I say this because I had a hard time relating to the waiter, who, being busy, spoke very quickly without giving me time to understand and reflect. The food was quite good. The platter of traditional cured meats was a bit meager, as even for one person, it was too little. Good pizza. Good first courses. Excellent meat and side dishes. Desserts, homemade and delicious. All in all, a good experience, but I would have a hard time returning.

Per mia personale esperienza, il punto forte di questo locale è stato il servizio. Simpatico, preciso, e disponibile. Per le pietanze, alcune cose mi sono piaciute ed altre meno. Davvero buoni gli antipasti. Un po’ pochi, in termine di quantità, quelli Messi a centrotavola. Erano giusto degli assaggini se si considera la divisione per quattro commensali. Ma ottimi quelli a portata. Per i primi, ho preso il Pignatiello Pagliarone, ed ho trovato la pasta un po’ scotta. Ma come idea non era male. Ho assaggiato poi i paccheri al pesto, i sedani con peperoncini verdi e i ravioloni ai porcini, erano ben fatti. Sulla carne invece, non tutta mi è piaciuta. Alcuni pezzi buoni, altri un po’ stopposi. Buono il dolce. Andava bene un prezzo di 30 euro al menù parer mio, ma tenendo in considerazione che tutte le bevande sono incluse, anche 35 va bene.
