Rustic environment, I went there as a child, and everything was plentiful, but not anymore and the Sorrento gnocchi were not excellent, small portions, my opinion is negative.

Very well known especially by Neapolitans who know they love to eat well. I stopped by for lunch on Monday. Excellent because without confusion since it has many places and on Sundays and holidays it is bedlam. Simple but good dishes, quality of meat ok, prices a little high for simple cuisine and a spartan location. Anyway it's fine.

First time at the "Pagliarone" on the day of the Epiphany.
We sat down with the desire to taste a first course with porcini mushrooms and the waiter tells us that there is a fixed menu at €35, then another waitress tells us that it is possible to order à la carte, choosing from the courses on the menu. fixed menu (which however did not show the individual prices).
We order a €15 children's menu (raw appetizer and mozzarella, pasta with tomato sauce and cutlet with chips) and two first courses or rather two samples of trofie with porcini mushrooms and as a second course sausage with chips as a side dish. The chips arrived after a few minutes and the sausage after about 20 minutes. It's not normal to eat the side dish and wait so long for the second course.
For dessert, a panna cotta.
In conclusion, the trofie with porcini mushrooms were not bad even if, as mentioned before, it was just a taste at a cost of €12. Everything else without infamy and without praise.

Ottimo cibo e abbondante. Primi piatti pieni di condimento e ben fatti. La carne squisita . Lo staff di sala perone eccellenti, sorridenti , gentili e pronti a soddisfare richieste . Ritorneremo sicuramente
