One Restaurant In Roma

Delicious dishes (many are spicy!) and very pleasant atmosphere. My friend was celebrating her birthday and the employees and managers joined in singing "happy birthday" to her 😊

The food at this Sichuan restaurant is outstanding and every dish is impressive. The rake chicken feet are soft and tasty, falling off the bone with just a sip; the Maoxuewang is spicy and fragrant, the duck blood is tender and smooth, and the yellow throat is crispy; the spicy chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a strong aroma of Sichuan pepper; the boiled beef is delicate and spicy, and the Jinsha tofu is salty and dense, with a unique taste; the dry pot cauliflower is full of flavor, and it adds more flavor when paired with bacon. The overall taste is authentic, the heat is precise, and the service is attentive. It is definitely worthy of a five-star recommendation.

Real Chinese food. We finally found one real Chinese restaurant.

Chinese restaurant different from the usual cliché, with dishes close to a particular regional Chinese tradition and therefore more original. The raw materials are very good, for dishes with a strong flavor and very typical and well-balanced fragrances and flavours. The portions are generous and there is no need to take 4-5 courses (as usual) to be satisfied. The result is a good value for money. The place is small, but very welcoming, and the service is courteous although not as fast as in "ordinary" Chinese restaurants. This is also an obvious positive note. Nice find!

Super delicious! ! 😋 Because I didn’t make a reservation, I went there last minute, so I actually had to wait for a long time (remember to make a reservation). Authentic and delicious Sichuan cuisine

Ristorante sulla Tuscolana. Fortunatamente ha accettato una prenotazione all'ultimo e ci ha fatto mangiare in pochi minuti. Il ristorante è piccolo, con spazi sacrificati e sedute scomode. Pulizia da rivedere, specialmente i bagni e le pareti. Il menù è ampio, disorganizzato, con molte foto e nomi delle pietanze molto singolari; i dolci non sono riuscito a trovarli, ma penso siano quasi assenti. Ordino come antipasto dei ravioli in salsa piccante; buoni, senza troppe pretese. Proseguo con dei ''vermicelli di soia con manzo'' per primo e qui cominciano i problemi; una ciotola enorme, con troppa quantità di liquido piccante rispetto alla pasta e al condimento, ha reso la consumazione della pietanza estremamente frustrante: le parti più interessanti del condimento erano letteralmente sommerse e risultava impossibile finire il piatto senza consumare tutto quel liquido. Chiudo con un ''pollo croccanti'' (scrivo come da menù) per secondo e nonostante il buon sapore, forse ottimo, non trovo concepibile trovare delle schegge di ossa di pollo all'interno del piatto (che penso sia concepito proprio così); anche qui ho dovuto consumare il piatto con estrema attenzione per evitare qualche evento spiacevole. Il servizio è veloce ma essenziale per ovvie questioni linguistiche. I piatti ordinati sono usciti senza un criterio, in modo sparso... I prezzi sono sicuramente accessibili. Il ristorante lo vedo frequentato e i sapori non mi sono nemmeno dispiaciuti, ma per me ci sono delle cose da rivedere.
