One Noodles 一面馆 In Roma

The place is very clean and tidy. The prices are reasonable. But I asked for hot soup, and they brought me lukewarm. The soup broth was made from water, not boiled, so it felt like I was just drinking warm water. The noodles were excellent, but not enough salt. The portion was gigantic, but bland with tiny pieces of chicken. I prefer smaller portions with more flavor. I doubt I'll come back for the soup again. By the way, it says open at 6:00 PM, but they didn't actually open until 6:15 PM. I waited outside.

Fresh made food, fast and delicious. Helpful towards us as tourists to explain food, as the card only provides an Italian translation. Might be useful to add English translations too? 😊

I received some money on the website (it's shown on the photo in the review), and thought — why not treat myself to something tasty? The dish turned out super flavorful, the portion was solid, and I really relaxed and enjoyed the moment.

Came for lunch as non-Italian tourist. It was quite empty. 1-3 other guests during our time. We really liked the food, but the service was substandard. Probably my mistake for attempting to go there with young kids. Had a strong feeling we weren't welcome. The kids were pretty well behaved though. There is one guy who takes the orders but was mostly glued to his phone and made no attempts to support. We had the impression he nonverbally communicated that we weren't welcome. Another guest asked for a fork, but he didn't get the idea our kids could benefit from one as well. One dish we ordered was forgotten/omitted. Would come again for the food, but not with kids, and with the expectation of being serviced robotically.

The dish was really delicious — everything was cooked perfectly, with a rich taste and aroma. I also liked how neatly it was presented, and the noodles went perfectly with the sauce and meat. I calculated the calories using the service shown in the photo attached to my review. It turned out to be super convenient and quick — now I honestly recommend everyone to try using this service for calorie tracking. It makes keeping an eye on your diet so much easier, especially if you want to stay mindful of what you eat.

Very nice place with incredibly tasty food. I think these are the best ravioli I've ever eaten. The sauce is addictive. 10/10

Fun fact they do not have any cold noodle options on the menu, but by simply asking they allowed me to get the sesame noodles with chilled noodles- a perfect lunch on a hot day. Thank you Great flavors, great quality ingredients. The locale is quite small though, be aware if you have a substantial group or come at peak hour.
