Onda blu è una garanzia e per noi un rito di ogni inizio anno. Pochi fronzoli con piatti semplici con materie prime straordinarie che non richiedono lavorazioni per quanto sono buone . Servizio impeccabile , nonostante il locale fosse pieno ; attento e curato . Sicuramente uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti .

Martedi sera di Dicembre, cena in solitaria, ma nonostante il locale fosse abbastanza pieno di tavolate, mi sono sentita coccolata. Piccolo benvenuto offerto a tutti i commensali. Ho scelto un secondo, Tagliata di tonno pinna gialla. Materia prima eccellente, al taglio morbido e cottura giusta. Verdure alla griglia come contorno. Essendo sola, ho optato per calice di vino, bianco, fermo prediligendo il Trentino Alto Adige. Mi è stato servito un Gewürztraminer Terlan, buono l'abbinamento. Ho scelto un semplice dolce, gelato mantecato al caffè da accompagnare ad una tazzina di caffè. E' mia abitudine versare il caffè sopra al gelato per gustarlo caldo e verificarne la compattezza una volta a contatto con il caldo. Soddisfatta a pieno, è rimasto cremoso, segno di un ottima lavorazione. Spesso non si da importanza ai piatti più semplici, ma sono quelli che vengono maggiormente apprezzati. Piccola pasticceria offerta insieme al dolce ;non posso recensirla perché non l'ho assaggiata; mi sarebbe piaciuto sapere dal cameriere in cosa consisteva, visto che mi è stata portata. Ottimo il consiglio di abbinare il dolce al Sauternes Chateau Gravas Bordeaux. Personale gentile, attento e disponibile alle richieste. Location curata, sala elegante e sobria, senza voler eccedere in locale di lusso, ma adatto all'ambiente circostante dove predomina il mare viste le ampie vetrate dove lo si può ammirare ad ogni tavolo. Tornerò sicuramente, a pranzo possibilmente, e durante il periodo estivo in modo da vivere un'atmosfera diversa, ma sono sicura sempre appagante Monica (Barbara)
