The gluten-free pizza is simply spectacular: the dough is light, fragrant and incredibly similar to the classic one. Finally a base that is neither too hard nor chewy, but soft inside and crunchy outside. The taste is excellent and pairs perfectly with the high-quality toppings used. The real surprise, however, was the low-carb pizza. The alternative dough is tasty and well-balanced, not at all heavy or floury as often happens with this type of preparation. It is the perfect solution for those who want to indulge in a pizza without feeling guilty, maintaining the pleasure of a tasty and digestible dough.
