Didn't stay at the hotel, but the restaurant's food is truly excellent. Sardinia from the heart. Monica is picturesque, with a team that reflects her and is very kind, surrounded by a centuries-old olive tree and a beautiful setting. Exceptional products and the best cuglugriones of our stay. A wonderful time and a wonderful memory.

One word: INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE (well, two words...) On a whim and somewhat randomly, we went to eat at this place that will leave a lasting impression on us. We began our immersion with a short tour of the museum located within this place steeped in history (wine, pasta, cheese, agriculture) accompanied by a small glass of delicious wine. Then we sat down in this charming outdoor courtyard where we ate incredibly well and drank good red wine. The service was perfect, everyone was great. The meal was so good, we thought the price would be worth it: maybe a little expensive, but it would be worth it because the products are good! In the end, the value for money was also surprising (and in a good way)! I highly recommend this place; it's a truly immersive experience.

Our first night included an incredible traditional dinner—one of the best meals we had in Italy—and each morning began with a beautiful and abundant breakfast. The hotel is charming and full of character, and the attached museum adds a unique cultural layer that sets this place apart. You can feel the history in the architecture, the decor, and the overall atmosphere. It’s the kind of spot that invites you to slow down, soak it all in, and appreciate a part of the world that feels both rare and special. If you’re looking to get off the beaten path and have a more genuine, soulful Sardinian experience, this is the place. Highly recommended!
