19/07/2025: Finding authentic Neapolitan pizza in Milan is easy these days, but finding all the Neapolitan specialties, including friendly and attentive staff and wonderful pizzas, is not.

16/07/2025: I first encountered The Fork for lunch. I was very pleased with the menu, the restaurant, and the staff. My expectations regarding the pizza were much less met; it was adequate; I expected much more. At 8:30 pm, there was a lot of anticipation. I arrived at 9:45 pm and my pizza arrived in 5 minutes! Easy to find parking. Excellent staff. Low prices at lunch. A little higher at dinner.
