The cuisine is typical Lombardy and is served here without the pomp and circumstance of so-called "trattorias." The atmosphere takes you back in time, but if you're looking for tradition, then so be it. If, on the other hand, you're looking for gourmet, minimalist design, this isn't the place for you. Here you'll find simplicity and authenticity. The food is good and authentically cooked, with no embellishments or edible flowers, but I assure you, you won't find anything left over.
