Omacasé In Milano

BEST SUSHI I HAVE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE, food literally melts in your mouth, everything tasted amazing and i lived the atmosphere too. Definitely will go again, worth every penny!!!!!

This is a Japanese restaurant I always return to when I'm in Milan. The cuisine here is authentic Japanese.

I've known the restaurant since its previous location on Corso Colombo. Whenever I'm in Milan and can, I always go to Omacasè Sushiteca. I love how they work, with care and attention to detail. I had a wonderful evening: the food was excellent (美味しいです！), the staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and ready to offer excellent service. If you're looking for an authentic Japanese experience, then one of the places I recommend is Omacasè Sushiteca. Every time I have the chance to come, my heart fills with joy. Having said that, I want to thank all the staff どうもありがとうございます！　^_^

The waiter was unprepared but friendly, the ingredients were excellent, as was the preparation, and the atmosphere was impersonal. Would I return? Yes.

We had dinner on Friday evening: a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. The nigiri selection is extensive and top-notch—I especially recommend the belly nigiri, which is truly exceptional. A sea urchin dish was also available that day: it was my first time there, and it was worth it. My only complaint, if I may, is that the wasabi for that dish should have been fresher to match the other ingredients. The uramaki are prepared freshly: we chose the one with shrimp tempura, served still hot—excellent. The rice is made with great care, and you can even watch it being prepared from the entrance. We were looked after by a very kind young lady and a waiter who took our orders, both extremely helpful. There was a small mix-up with an unfinished nigiri, but they quickly and courteously fixed it. A truly pleasant experience—we'll definitely be back to indulge!

Completely not organized, we waited for more then 50 min and no food was served. The quality is great but they are not able to manage the number of tables and clients. Sorry now it's 60 min.

A high-quality Japanese restaurant, excellent food, interesting menu, fair prices for what's on offer.

I have no complaints about the food and service, but I can't give a restaurant that costs what it costs more than three stars because of the annoying, unbearable, and disgusting practice of double seating. Being kicked out of a restaurant because your time is up is an unbearable practice that makes the experience stressful and not relaxing. Of course, restaurateurs are free to do as they see fit, but I've decided to no longer dine at restaurants that operate double seating because it goes against my idea of ​​a relaxing dining experience.

Small but very welcoming, with two dining rooms and an open kitchen that adds an authentic touch. The à la carte menu is varied and well-curated. We tried the barachirashi special and it was truly excellent! The tuna and salmon uramaki were also delicious, fresh and well-prepared. The total bill was €116 for three people: more than fair value for money. Recommended!

An Amazing Sushi Experience in the Heart of Milan Nestled on a quiet side street in Milan’s Genova area, this sushi restaurant was a fantastic find. The decor is simple yet modern, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. We hadn’t booked in advance but were lucky to be seated at the counter in front of the preparation area — it was fascinating to watch the chefs skillfully prepare each dish right before our eyes. We started with miso soup, which was light and refreshing, followed by several sushi platters. Each dish was beautifully presented, perfectly garnished, and absolutely delicious. The staff were attentive, polite, and added to the overall pleasant experience. It was my husband’s first time trying sushi, and he loved it — a great introduction to Japanese cuisine! Highly recommended.
