Nice experience at the counter, we liked the atmosphere. The open kitchen makes its impact. Don't miss the omacase sushi with mixed nighiri, cooked fish and crispy salmon skin to be enjoyed with a good hot sake.

Milan’s number one daily food in my heart I went to the new location for the first time in February 25. The environment is more modern and has a larger space. The chef's island is located in the middle of the entire restaurant, which is the core of the restaurant. The quality is as excellent as ever, and there are some novelties in the Valentine's Day set menu. I recommend the egg chawanmushi.

Locale eccelso: cibo ottimo, sushi sopra la media. Il cuoco japanese (che credo sia il proprietario) è un samurai del sushi, disciplinato nel suo dovere, fin troppo severo con sé stesso. La qualità è ottima. Tuttavia c’è una cameriera (che in genere accoglie i clienti) la quale non ride mai, è particolarmente scostante, non fa nulla per rendere l’esperienza piacevole affinché il cliente si senta a proprio agio nel ristorante. Peccato, è una sfortunata nota stonata in un contesto altrimenti perfetto. Mi auguro che il samurai-san trasmetta la sua disciplina anche a lei. Una risata salverà Omacasè!!!

Abbiamo mangiato bene, locale molto carino, sushi e sashimi ottimi. Forse la proposta cotta andrebbe rivista. L'unica nota negativa è a tristezza della ragazza che ci ha accolti e servito. Siamo in un ristorante,un po' più di allegria
