It was my first time here, recommended by friends, and honestly, I was quite impressed. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and the owner himself, as well as the welcoming, almost "family-like" atmosphere, definitely make this place stand out. Superlative pizza!

Really nice and welcoming place, very well-kept, the pizza we had was excellent, perhaps one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.

I was there for a birthday party held on August 15th, and I must say, the menu was truly varied and of good quality. As is often the case on these occasions, however, the service wasn't the fastest, and the noise levels were quite high, especially due to the presence of numerous children, fortunately not at our table. Despite the difficulties, the staff's exceptional helpfulness and attentiveness deserves recognition.

On vacation in Caprarica di Lecce with friends, we decided to go for dinner after reading the reviews at this restaurant. The restaurant is well-decorated, and there's a large outdoor dining area inside. Since there were a large group of us, we opted for an appetizer and a first course, accompanied by an excellent rosé wine recommended by the waiter. I must say the dishes were well-prepared, with top-quality ingredients and generous portions. Since the restaurant was quite busy and there were children at the table with us, we ordered first courses along with the appetizers. The only downside was the long wait between appetizers and first courses, almost an hour, perhaps due to poor organization between the dining room and the kitchen.

A beautiful location with a large internal courtyard, where on a summer evening there were about 50 customers. Nothing to complain about the dishes, except that some of the ingredients on the dish weren't listed on the menu, such as burrata. Another flaw was that when we asked for parmesan, we were served a 5-gram sachet, a teaspoonful. But the real problem was the wait between appetizers and first courses, about 45 minutes. The service could be improved.

The owner and chef, Gianni, is a very serious person who pays attention to the tastes of his customers. We ate some raw fish, including some amazing salt-baked purple shrimp! We repeated the next evening with pizza, both the dough and the cooking were excellent. The staff were welcoming and kind. A restaurant in the heart of Salento where you can enjoy a truly authentic food and wine experience, with excellent value.

Super super super.....a very well-kept and beautiful place...in the summer there are tables outside.....the food is excellent...the pizzas are delicious...the staff and the owner are very friendly...I highly recommend it...
