Friendly staff, a very nice atmosphere, and excellent food. Could you ask for more? Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I dined at this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and, well, we couldn't have been more satisfied. 1. Impeccable and very attentive service. The timing was right, with breaks between meals if needed. I had reported my garlic intolerance in advance, and I had no problems during the meals, which isn't always a given, as often, even when it's communicated, it's not adequately taken into account. Excellent sommelier, very interesting and well-chosen food pairings (we chose the wine pairing option). 2. Dishes with amazing flavors. We wanted to try both the Tradizione menu and their Oltre menu (more contemporary). As for the Tradizione menu, what can I say? The best tortellini in parmesan cream I've ever had, excellent and generously sized cutlet. Very interesting Oltre menu, excellent first courses, perhaps a little bland on the turbot. Delicious dessert flavored with rosemary. We didn't deprive ourselves of anything because we wanted to have a complete experience. Of course, you can also opt for the à la carte menu. The atmosphere is very cool and the attention to every detail is great. We'll definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

Unbelievable. Very creative dishes and wonderful service. This restaurant will soon have a Michelin star

One of my joys when traveling alone is having a nice dinner in a michelin rated restaurant. Had a good evening there, I was learning and had a great alcohol free cocktail before the dinner with wine pairing. My biggest surprise were the spaghetti with a anchovy cream sauce. That maritime umami blew me away. And they paired a very fitting white wine with it that balanced the umami saltiness perfectly.

Am honestly a bit gutted that we went for going to this restaurant. We were looking to have good food and have a good experience, basically what you expect from a bib gourmand restaurant. Unfortunately there were multiple dishes that just didn’t reach the mark. The calve meat on lettuce lacked any refinement, had quite basic salad underneath and included quite uninspiring sauces. Another dish was very dry and simple. In total we had 2 dishes which tasted well, 2 which we did not finish because of the quality, and 2 which were quite mediocre. Normally I would have rated 4 stars for this. However, we spent 100 euros+ per person, while we had better food for 30 euros per person on the same day. For this price point expectations are higher than this restaurant can deliver

The best tagliatelle al ragu since we’ve arrived. And cotoletta alla bolognese the size of my son’s head. Amazing! We also appreciated the great drinks and a whimsical atmosphere. What a wonderful experience!

Good food, but service with room for improvement! We came across Oltre because we regularly visit fine dining and Michelin-recommended restaurants – including recently in Italy. We made a last-minute reservation for a spontaneous lunch, and the receptionist was very friendly on the phone. However, when we arrived, we were greeted rather reservedly and distantly with our baby. The service was correct, but unfortunately not warm – we didn't feel truly welcome. It was particularly unfortunate that a small request (an appetizer and pasta for our child at the same time) was declined – on the grounds that this isn't customary in Italy. Our previous experiences in the country speak differently. We were also rather rudely informed that the kitchen was closing about an hour before closing time – making it impossible to reorder. The food itself was delicious and of very good quality – there's nothing to complain about. The non-alcoholic cocktails were also creative and appealing. But: Anyone expecting a completely relaxed, possibly child-friendly experience might not feel quite at home here.

We went to Oltre for one birthday as we were staying 2 nights in Bologna ! The place is very romantic, small and intimate! Welcome was nice, and expectations were high due to excellent reviews checked ! It was an excellent diner and we were impressed by the starters (cavallo tonnato for me and ceviche for my girlfriend) The pasta were good but I can’t see memorable ! Dessert was excellent ! A great diner with remarkable service ! Highly recommended to reserve

El restaurante nos parecio de lo mas cool. Decoracion sin estridencias pero con detalles muy chulos. Es espacioso y muy acogedor. Todos los platos nos encantaron, pero la pasta estaba exquisita. Situado junto al Mercato delle Erbe, es un sitio muy recomendable. Buen servicio y precio medio / alto. Recomendable

Posto carino anche se un po’ troppo buio. Menu un po’ osante e comunque decisamente scomodo da consultare. In 4 abbiamo preso tutti l’antipasto (porcini o zucca). Poi 3 primi, 4 secondi e 2 contorni. Nei miei spaghetti si sentiva molto il burro. Brodo delicato. Cotoletta un po’ asciutta, anatra cotta troppo. Acqua, vino Chianti e caffè. 300€ in 4. Serata piacevole ma niente di troppo esaltante.
