After 5 years since the last time, I finally returned to eat in this restaurant. Staff always very professional, friendly and helpful at all times, the place is particular on the outside but very well looked after and beautiful throughout, perhaps the lights are a little too low, the quality of the food was just as I remembered it: very, very good.
We took:
-Tagliatelle with ragù, truly excellent ragù, really good, my favorite dish
- tortellini in parmesan cream
- Bolognese cutlet
-similar to Wellington fillet with friggione
Of desserts we took two ice cream sticks, one reminiscent of trifle and the other reminiscent of snicker, particular
It's a shame that although the menu changes from time to time, the shank with cabbage, which was something that stuck with me 5 years ago, is no longer on the menu. It was truly something mind-blowing and I hope one day to eat it again

Dopo 5 anni dall’ultima volta, sono tornato finalmente a mangiare in questo ristorante. Personale sempre molto molto professionale, cordiale e disponibile in tutti i momenti, posto particolare esternamente ma molto curato e bello interamente, forse le luci sono un po’ troppo basse, qualità del cibo era proprio come me la ricordavo: molto molto buona.
Abbiamo preso:
-Tagliatelle al ragù, ragù davvero eccellente, buono davvero, il mio piatto preferito
-tortellini in crema di parmigiano
-cotoletta alla bolognese
-simil filetto alla wellington con friggione
Di dolci abbiamo preso due stecchi gelato, uno che ricordava la zuppa inglese e l’altro che ricordava lo snicker, particolari
Peccato che nonostante il menù cambi volta per volta, lo stinco con cavolo cappuccio, che è stata una cosa che mi è rimasta impressa 5 anni fa, non sia più nel menu. Era davvero qualcosa di strabiliante e spero un giorno di tornare a mangiarlo

Ho cenato qui con mia moglie e mia figlia. L'ambiente si presenta estremamente essenziale e moderno, con poca luce molto soffusa, con tavoli dove é presente solo lo stretto necessario e senza tovaglia. Troppo essenziale per il mio gusto. Per quanto riguarda i piatti invece, devo dire che abbiamo mangiato molto bene: una cucina della tradizione abbinata ad innovazione e fantasia

Finally had a chance to visit after being in my list for so long! Was super impressed by both the atmosphere and food. Loved that the restaurant had this cool and hip vibe, right from the sticker covered entrance to the dim interiors. Overall the food was very good, my favourite was definitely the butter pasta with vongole, perfectly rich and creamy butter sauce with bouncy, tender pasta noodles. Absolutely a must try. Unfortunately I found the duck to be a bit tough, but the overall taste was still very good. For anyone looking for an interesting twist on classic dishes, Oltre is definitely worth a visit.

The entrance was undeniably charming, impossible to ignore. We arrived unannounced, yet they welcomed us with genuine warmth. It was all about class, and the lady attending to us was gracious throughout. Despite only having an hour , they never hurried us. the ceviche & pasta bolognese we ordered were delicious , but Judging a restaurant over two dishes is a challenge

Soft atmosphere, elegant environment.
The dishes were delicious, especially the goose breast.
Good and fun desserts.
A little expensive, 8 euros for a glass and 15 for desserts, but the quality is in line with the price.
