The appetizers, rich and well prepared, precede the main course: a slice of veal with rocket and parmesan that is simply perfect. The meat, tender and tasty, is cooked to perfection, bringing out every nuance of its authentic flavour. The service is welcoming and the staff is always available, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. A highly recommended place for those looking for quality, passion and authenticity in every bite.

01/04/2025: Mistral cafè has been a regular stop for me for years when I pass through Rutigliano. Every time I find the same friendliness and welcome from the owners, always with a smile, who have been committed for 20 years to preparing dishes on the spot with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The place is very large, the menu is varied with tasty proposals. For lovers of porchetta it is the ideal place! The rolls prepared in different ways and tasty are among my favorite dishes and are very good in the sweet version. I absolutely recommend if you want to eat something on the fly or calmly.
